We apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay with us. At KEES we strive for every guest to have a great experience. Based on our notes, we were able to rectify all issues reported to us as quickly as possible. We have taken steps to address the cleanliness issues you mentioned and have ensured that our Housekeeping team is aware of the importance of thorough cleaning. Regarding the presence of water bugs, we do advise guests of their common occurrence in the area in our pre-arrival information and have pest control regularly inspect and treat our property. We regret that these measures were not sufficient during your stay. As a gesture of goodwill, our team waived your event fee. We hope this compensation demonstrated our commitment to providing our guests with a positive experience and that you will consider staying with us again in the future.
