The Space:

Welcome to Pine Island Perfection, where the beach is a 3 min walk away and relaxation is right onsite. From top to bottom this home is beautifully appointed for your group of up to 22. The top level boasts a great room with high ceilings and plenty of windows that allow the Carolina sun to stream in and invites guests to relax in comfort on the all new custom furnishings after a long day on the beach. The addition of a new wet bar combined with the open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze for larger family groups! The remodeled kitchen includes high-end finishes like solid wood cabinetry, luxurious quartz countertops and new appliances. Stylish hardware and stunning blue backsplash add a relaxed coastal feel to the space. The chef of your group will love to whip up delicious meals that you can enjoy at the dining table or al fresco on the deck.



6 bedrooms offer plenty of space for your group to spread out and rejuvenate. The top level has a master king bedroom w/ a private ensuite full bath. On the mid level you will find another king bedroom w/ a private ensuite full bath, and 2 queen bedrooms with a full hall bath. The ground level offers another queen bedroom, and a bunk bedroom with 3 double bunk beds (this room alone can sleep 12!) and a hall bath for convenience. And for bigger groups who need a little extra space, the full size bonus fridge is perfect for storing snacks and drinks to easily grab on your way out to the beach!



The addition of our three seasons game room gives our guests an additional entertaining space directly off the pool area. Its close proximity to the bunk room makes it a great hangout spot for the kids.  Comfortable seating, TV, and a ping pong table provide hours of entertainment for the young and the young at heart. The competitive ones in your group can challenge each other to a round of pingpong or foosball. Take a dip in the sparkling private pool or relax in the spa on the deck while you soak in the salt air and ocean views.



While the house has so many incredible amenities, you will also have access to Pine Island's community amenities, including two oceanside community pools with restrooms, showers, picnic tables, and refreshments. These pools are a perfect stop if you're in town early and the house isn't ready yet! There's also athletic courts (tennis, pickleball, basketball), children's playgrounds, a tennis and fitness center (for a small weekly fee), and more!

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two dogs of 100 lbs are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation. No cats due to allergies**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
