Thank you for your review of "Tropical Dream" and we apologize for the delay in getting entry to the property. You are correct about the crux of the issue being a thunderstorm. We are making changes to ensure this doesn't happen again. We are glad you had a good experience otherwise.

Thank you Kumara for your 4-Star review. We appreciate the recommendation of "Tropical Dream." Kim, Thank you for this well written and thorough review. Our future guests appreciate this kind of detail when they are considering which property to book in the future. We apologize for the picture issue with the hot tub. Our marketing team has gotten on this and it is being corrected. We've passed your other comments along to the owner for action and we are sure they will take them to heart. We apologize for the cleaning issues you outlined. Next time, please let us know if ANYTHING is not as expected and we will correct it right away. Thanks again for staying with us and we look forward to serving you again soon.

Florence, Thank you for your comments regarding your stay. Obviously no one wants to have any part of their vacation interrupted by a bedbug infestation in one of the bedrooms. As you stated we responded immediately, and the situation was resolved within 24 hours. The pool was cleaned on the day of your arrival, and again mid-way through your stay. Twice per week cleaning of private pools is typically adequate for our properties, and we apologize that did not meet your expectations. We would have been happy to come by the property and rectify any issue with the grill had we known of the problem during your stay. Here's hoping your next stay is less eventful..

Jayme, Thanks for your comments about your recent stay at "Tropical Dream." We like seeing the word "great" in a review. We hope you come back soon and stay with us at Outer Banks Blue.

Frank, Thank you for your feedback. We have forwarded your comments along to the owner who will address your comments for future guests. We are so glad you had a great stay at the property and will come back again soon. This time with better beds!

Hi Julie, the only item we heard about during your stay was the leaking shower, which was resolved. We would have been happy to take a look and resolve the other issues you've mentioned. So far we've had two other families who haven't mentioned these items either, but we're sending someone to take a look and make sure all is good. We're very sorry this impacted your stay at Tropical Dream, but we hope you will come to stay again to see how this was taken care of. (Update) We did take a look at the outdoor furniture and agree. We have purchased and replaced furniture for both levels of the desk and the pool area. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for choosing to stay with Outer Banks Blue. We are glad to hear you had a great stay at Tropical Dream. We hope to have you stay with us again soon!
