The two-storied house has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 5 children with over 3000 square feet. Multi-level decks lead down to an enclosed gazebo, where you can have meals, play games, or gather to chat. Lower deck leads down to expansive green lawn, perfect for hammocks, lawn games, and volleyball. Outdoor shower provided to rinse sand off, Private beach provides fun for adults and children alike. Boating, canoeing, kayaking and swimming can be enjoyed at the beach. In the evening, enjoy a campfire on the beach with the provided fire ring. Beautiful sunsets and many nights of star gazing. Truly an opportunity to relax and unwind.

Primary bedroom on second floor has an ensuite with a king size bed, gas fireplace private balcony and private bathroom. Bedroom also has a desk/work area with monitor and printer. sleeps 2 adults
1st floor has a full bathroom with shower stall
2nd floor has a full bathroom with tub

Fully equipped kitchen provides pots, pans, glassware, dishes, utensils, knives and assorted cooking/baking dishes
Drip coffee maker and two Keurigs
Laundry room has full-size washer and dryer, plus a deep sink to rinse items.
First floor has a workout room consisting of a treadmill, weights, and bench.
Family room provides a wood fireplace, 50 inch television, DVDs, and assorted family games.

No parking on the road. Sheriff will ticket you.

No RVs or campers allowed on property.
Security cameras are on outside of the property.
Quiet time is between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Please respect the neighborhood community.

There is a $600 damage deposit, and a cleaning fee of $300.00 per stay. No housekeeping provided during rental time.

Port Austin is 2 miles from the house, an easy walk or bike ride into town. There you can find restaurants, grocery, novelties, kayak rentals, and artisan shops. Be sure to hit the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays during the summer months, to pick up your local cheeses, fruit, vegetables, antiques, and artisan wares.
