Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements for 4 guests, this Mediterranean-style villa is a fantastic size and layout for families, couples, or friends escaping to paradise together. The moment you arrive, your mind will immediately become at ease in the unit's beautiful interior. Tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of natural light abound throughout 1,100 square feet of tastefully appointed living space, making the villa feel very clean and airy. Free parking is included for one car only.

As you gather with your companions in the spacious living room, open the French doors to let the refreshing ocean breeze in - you'll love the way this property's indoor living spaces seamlessly blend with the outdoors. After a memorable day in the sand and surf, come home to prepare tapas and cocktails in the modern kitchen, fully equipped with granite countertops and all the necessary cooking appliances. Later, step outside to the private balcony, where you can admire picturesque views of the golf course. You may even spot a few iguanas and other wildlife while taking in the scenery! When you're ready to call it a night, retreat to one of the bedrooms, or charming loft, to rest up for the next eventful day. All the other amenities you want in your ultimate home-away-from-home are here, including WiFi, cable TV, air conditioning, in-unit laundry machines, and 2 marble bathrooms.

This villa is a short walk from the recreation area, featuring a newly renovated Swimming Pool, Gazebo and Hot Tub. The pool in front of the beach is for owners’ use only. The beach is OPEN to everyone.

You certainly won't have to venture far from the villa to access the incredible wonders of Puerto Rico. From here, you'll be just 10 minutes from the El Yunque, a National Rainforest boasting spectacular waterfalls, gorgeous vegetation, and scenic hiking trails that allow you to access enchanting sites. For more outdoor adventure, visit Bioluminescent Bay, Vieques Island, or La Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve in Fajardo. Don't miss snorkeling at Flamenco Beach on Culebra Island! Luquillo can be reached in a short drive and offers more glorious beaches and great restaurants. CANOPY: If you open it during the day, please make sure you CLOSE it at night. There are strong winds sometimes at night and canopy can break.
PARKING: Parking #39D in front of the Villa is allowed for ONE car only. As per the Association’s Rules, NO VISITORS are allowed during your stay.
If you rent a golf cart at the hotel, inform the hotel you are staying in Cluster II; it needs to have certain sticker to enter our Cluster.

Our host AND amenities were outstanding! The villa was immaculate and the location could not have been better or nicer. Our hosts responded immediately with any questions that we had and were most accommodating. We will definitely return.

The villa was beautiful and well equipped with all of our needs. There are four beach chairs, beach towels and even a little cooler available to use. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the nearby beach was nice for lounging. The villa is located in a perfect location; just a short drive to many attractions. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others!

great communication, clean, provided pretty much anything you can think of- beach towels, sunscreen, wifi, laundry/dish supplies etc. location was great, you’re basically enclosed in the same area as the wyndham resort so you’re really close to a ton of restaurants- about a 15 minute walk. We did end up renting a car but mostly because we had a wedding in Condado and events that we had to travel back and forth to but if you don’t mind walking you really don’t need one. The place itself was very cozy but spacious and we were plenty comfortable in high heat! 10/10 I would definitely stay here again!

Definitely recommend!

You get exactly what the listing shows and says. There are clear instructions, everything is labeled appropriately. The property is clean, the neighborhood is quiet, the pool is large. The value for the price is really good, and the parking is very comvenient

Peaceful Villa, Conveniently Located

We had a wonderful stay. The check-in process was easy and the villa was very clean. The mattress in the master bedroom is more comfortable than ours at home! There was a lovely view from the balcony and I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the complex was, at least during April when we visited. We had the pool area to ourselves on most days and there were few people on the beach. We did lose our electricity twice while there (once for about 10 hours), which I heard from locals is quite common on the island. This isn't a complaint, so much as something to be aware of. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. The location is both peaceful and conveniently close to activities and restaurants.

Fully stocked Spanish style villa is everything you’d want in Puerto Rico

This adorable Spanish style villa was absolutely perfect for our 3 days in Luquillo Beach. Our hosts anticipated every need with a fully stocked kitchen, ample beach supplies (chairs, tent, cooler). The hosts addressed every question and concern immediately. I highly recommend this property or these hosts.

Comfortable stay

The condo was very comfortable for the three is us and as described. We cooked several meals in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed the porch. The bag chairs and cooler were useful for beach days.A note for renters coming to RioMar with other families - it is best to stay in the same cluster because it’s a process to have guests from other areas of the resort.

I don’t usually do reviews, but it felt like I had to save someone else. The property is very beautiful great location, first of all the villa is in a beautiful location. We had a great time, but the villa was very dusty. We had no hot water. There were roaches. It could be a very beautiful place but needs a lot of TLC. We communicated with the owner about not having any.

Fantastic property, awesome location, great beach

The property itself was very nice. Clean and well maintained and decorated. (The only slight negative is that the washing machine is pretty noisy. We got in the habit of putting a load in when we went out for the day.) The pool is a very short walk away, and includes a nice hot tub. The beach is a bit of a walk (10 minutes or so) but it's an easy walk and very little traffic. The beach is absolutely incredible! I had done a lot of research into various beaches around PR. Some are rocky, some have seaweed and other debris accumulated on the beach, some are crowded. Because this property is part of a gated resort area, the beach is very well maintained. It seemed like it was groomed every day. The sand was clean and the water itself was clean as well. This is not crystal clear water like you might see in Hawaii, but I've been to many beaches where it felt like something was going to sneak up to me in the water and take a nip out of me. I didn't feel that at all here. And perhaps the best part is there were practically no other people on the beach! The Wyndham is a big fancy hotel on the property right on the beach, and that area had more people. But they are like 1/4 mile down the beach to the east. Where we went was at the west end of the resort area and had far fewer people. We were there towards the end of June and went to the beach every day for a week. On the busiest day you could look to the left and to the right for 200 yds and see no more than 10 people total!

Wonderful location

The villa was as described. Everything was clean, in working order. No problems. The complex is really nice. Marisol responded very quickly to any request. The only thing I commented about was the noise of the washing machine. I worried that neighbors would come and ask what was going on it was so loud. We would definitely stay there again.
