Condo has one reserved covered parking spot!! Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

Direct gulf/beach front condo located on the West Beach Blvd area of Gulf Shores, AL.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property. Alabama Getaway requires all guests to submit a copy of their ID upon booking for age and identity verification.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security and potential.
Guests are required to follow the rules for the property common areas.
Amenities listed are serviced by the condo management (not Alabama Getaway). We cannot guarantee all amenities will be in service during your stay, but we will do our best to update you of any known outages ahead of time.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
