The bedrooms feature a king bed, queen bed, custom design bunk bed with a twin & full bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. With 2.5 bathrooms offering a private master suite, getting ready for the day is a breeze. Relax in the living room with an extra place to lay for additional sleeping space. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Enjoy everything the home has to offer with a private fenced in yard, arcade machines, games, dart board, outdoor movie setup with a fire pit, an indoor electric fireplace for the cool summer nights, and a space just for the pets!

Great location. Near beach, shopping and restaurants. Some issues with housekeeping which owner is handling. Condo decorated nicely and spacious. Cool rooms for dogs and kids.

Newer home that’s nicely decorated and comfortable. The property is conveniently located near restaurants, shops and beach. Owner is extremely helpful and easy to contact.

Highly recommend!!!! This was our first time vacationing in Myrtle Beach. The house was only 9 minutes away from the beach and great restaurants. The owner was super responsive during our stay!!! Very modern house and super spacious and clean!!! Thanks for being a great host! We will definitely be back!

It was pet friendly which we absolutely loved. But when we got to the property there were other peoples items on the counters and on the floor! Check in was at 4pm and we got there around 5:30 pm. When I walked in, the items were out and the main bedroom was not made with the sheets rolled up in a mess on the bed and a random blanket on the couch. It was very frustrating as I could not get ahold of the owner until minutes after to check and make sure it was not double booked. If this error can be resolved to the nexts guests, it would be better. Also, the internet did not work for the time that we were there. The incorrect Internet name and password were on the paper at the beginning of the doorway. This also needs to be adjusted before the next people are there.

Townhome was beautiful, other than the trash bin in the garage causes flies and bugs to enter the home and the water pressure gets really low upstairs when taking a shower because someone downstairs is taking a shower as well. Poor communication from the host as I only got a response when I asked for the access code an hour before checkin. I reached out to the host several times and never got a response. The WiFi was horrible as the downstairs tv’s were constantly buffering to watch anything on tv. Trash day is on Wednesday and we pulled out the trash Tuesday night and when returning to the rental from getting breakfast on Wednesday the trash bin was in the garage and I reached out to the host to ask if housekeeping put the trash bin back in the garage and I received no response.I would stay in the community again but with a different host.

It was okay. The house was nicely decorated, but not in the best area. The other side of Myrtle Beach was nicer. The trash can was out in the garage, and it smelled out there. We saw roaches while we were there. The TV remote did not work in the living room, so you had to manually turn the channel or volume on it. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work either. The projector for outside entertainment did not work. The backyard looked way bigger in the pictures. When we arrived, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, which the property owner said he forgot to wash. There was no toilet paper, so we had to buy some for our stay. The bathroom down stairs was clogged and we were told by the property manger we couldnt use it. I brought my dog with me, but there was dog waste in the backyard that I had to clean up because I didn’t want my dog to interact with it. The pricing was not crazy for the stay, but the upkeep of things needs to be fixed. Parking is tight if you bring a lot of people with you, the WiFi was not good. I could not get good phone service or use my camera to check on my dog while on outings where my dog couldn’t be, and lastly, the property manager was attentive when we were there, but before the trip, after scheduling, we tried to contact him several times and got no response for questions we had before arrival.

Property and home was very nice. Communication with the host was extremely poor! Took days to get a return message. But after we moved in, we got another bill for cleaning expense. This was not brought up for billed prior so when I thought everything was paid in full. I had to pay more money or we would be kicked out. Again communication horrible. Home was not stocked with the normals and we spent a lot of money to get staples- toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, salt/pepper, trashbags, etc. internet does not work- it is based off of cellular service which is horrible. Televisions can’t be watched because they are smart tvs and based on the internet. Outside area is nice but the grassy area is tiny. The housekeeping was okay when we arrived but there were doggie poop bags left outside that smelled horrible. The garage is weird- it had the green turf on the floor and had the trash can in there. It smelled horrible like people may have used it for a doggie potty area. We couldn’t use it. The water from the fridge barely came out and the ice maker made ice very very slowly. No one could run anything with water while someone else was using water or the pressure completely stopped. If you are taking a shower upstairs and someone turns on water somewhere else, the shower stops. Major issue!! There is a Roomba-type thing that doesn’t work well. The home itself was new and very nice but many things need improved. Won’t work with this host or property again.
