Free parking, lots of activities to do on property, with a private in-home pool/hot tub, game systems upstairs, TVs in every room. This 4,000 sq. ft. home is in the new Windsor at Westside gated community (sister community to Windsor Hills) and just minutes from Disney. 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with 4 en-suites. Nice large house layout. Mixed reviews on beds in different rooms, but thatā€™s to be expected with different preferences. Nice extras for littles if you need them. All nice people, but I think there were too many cooks in the kitchen. We requested heated pool, but really weā€™re just looking forward to hot tub. It was communicated through Vrbo to add heat 10 days in advance but when we got there and figured out it was not working the first day, they sent someone out each day to fix and never warmed up enough to get in the hottub over 3 more days. So perhaps it was broken. The dryer also seemed broken as it took 3 cycles to dry anything on high.

This is a great place for a large group. I would rent this place again. Very clean! The bedding and slipcovers covering furniture are not as nice as the pictures shown on the listing. Beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were great. Nice neighborhood.

Great home!! Need a few more towels. The cleaning crew just needs to look fir broken items

House is perfect. Great vacation. Cleaning crew just has to notice some broken items but rental agent said to enjoy and we did. Would definitely rent again. Any problems which was only coffee maker that needed replacement was done by management immediately!! Loved our family vacation would recythis home to everyone!!

The house was very spacious and perfect for our needs.

It was pretty much what we expected. It had plenty of room for our group of 10. We all fit around the dining room table, the kitchen was okay, dishwasher didn't work too well, but we worked around it. Could use a few more kitchen items, like larger bowls, but for the most part was well stocked, nice dishes. All in all we had a wonderfull time. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. Would definitely recommend.

So much space!

Perfect for families! 30 minutes to most parks. Hot tub wonderful for end of park days. Grandkids enjoyed the clubhouse/ activities and lazy river on down days. April and the property manager quick to respond to any issues we had. Great time had by all.

Good location, big house, needs attention

Great location! A lot of room. Needs attention. Needs new sheets ( there were covers on the mattresses with lots of black dirt and who knows what accumulated on the box spring cover) get rid of the bath mats. Desperately needs new living room furniture. Totally not as advertised. We paid for the pool to be heated, the pool guy was super nice- but it would have been nice to be told before we got there that when itā€™s cold out it wonā€™t really get hot. We swam maybe once or twice. And it was cold. The location is great and the pool area by the clubhouse and lazy river are wonderful. The property is neglected and needs better lighting and a full length mirror. I think the cleaning crew probably did the best they could but honestly whoever owns this home needs to walk through it and see the property. The mold in the grout of the bathrooms. The uncomfortable couches and the weird covering on on the chair.

Overall OK property

In general, our stay with extended family at this rental went well and we were pleased enough with the property. We felt the listing (pictures) of the property were slightly misleading. Iā€™m sure at the point when the pictures were taken, the house furniture and appliances were brand new. The furniture in the living area needs replaced and expanded to accommodate a house of 18. The dishwasher needs replacing..it does not clean the dishes unless you clean them first. The refrigerator needed a filter replacement and beeped every single time we dispensed water (a call to management did not resolve this as there was no response.) The pool table was functional but has definitely seen better days. The kitchen is barely stocked. There were two saucepans with loose handles, frying pans whose nonstick surface were completely worn. That being said, there were enough plates, glasses bowls and silverware. The large dinner table was perfect and the space outside around the pool was great. It was also a plus for every member of our family to have their own room/bathroom. The beds and linens were comfortable and there were just enough bathroom and pool towels. A PLUS is that the trash is picked up daily. The neighborhood is crowded and houses are VERY close with little privacy in the outdoor patio/pool side. Understood that it was the New Year holiday and there was some partying but there were several homes that kept the parties going for several days into the small hours and the music could be heard a block away. There were fireworks being set off in the streets (in which there is little space and close to all the neighborā€™s cars.). Security for the neighborhood were making rounds reminding our neighbors that the fireworks are not aloud. This did not bother anyone, as the fireworks continued a few minutes later. Iā€™ve stayed in many places over the New Year holiday and these rules were strictly enforced. This property is too big for the resources it needs. Listing boasted this home as gated. It was gated but anyone could just drive up to the gate and it opens. There arenā€™t guards at every gate. Feeling safe in this neighborhood because ā€˜itā€™s gatedā€™ is misleading. There was even a day when my daughter and I were walking to the pool and there were two Sheriffā€™s cars racing into the neighborhood clearly with an intent to calm a neighborhood disturbance. All in, we still had a good time seeing family that we havenā€™t seen in over two years.

Family trip

The house was perfect for our family. We had grandparents, parents, college age, high school, a toddler and a baby. There was room for everyone. A game room that all ages enjoyed and access to the club facilities across the street. The pool was lovely. Makes me think about putting one in at home. Loved our visit.

A much needed taste of Paradise

We were planning our Labor Day vacation a little late and didn't get much luck with the usual Cabins up in Smoky Mountains, and headed south instead to this property. Didn't have much expectations but at least my friends and I can relax over the weekend. The whole experience, BLEW OUR MINDS! The house was stocked with everything to keep everyone entertained for the whole long weekend. Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, Big Screen TVs, Pool Table, Foosball, well-equipped Kitchen. Best yet, after whole day of fun and games, the beds are super comfortable with nearly all rooms having their own private bathroom. Lastly, we were also concerned with the current situation and had everyone get tested negative before the trip and were armed with Disinfectant to wipe down all touch surfaces upon arrival. Impressed to say that our wipes stay clean after wiping nearly the whole house down. Thanks, April for having us in your beautiful home!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! April was so kind to all of our needs. Our first home we rented had cancelled on us. April accommodated all 12 of us for our Disney vacation. Clean, Well Appointed & Spacious

We stayed four nights with a party of six. More than enough space, bathrooms and open living areas. Extremely well maintained and appointed, with comfortable eating and living areas. We rent through Homeaway, VRBO etc. fairly often and this property meets the highest standards for comfort, cleanliness and quiet location - yet within 30 minutes of the Disney parks. Fantastic Family Vacation

We arrived at the 8 bedroom house not knowing what to expect but our expectations of renting the perfect vacation home were quickly realized. We had made a perfect choice for our family vacation. The listing was completely on target relative to the amenities, the view and the layout. We wanted a place that would accommodate 6 couples and four grandchildren. This house definitely achieved our goal and we all felt very comfortable staying there for the week. It was close enough to Disney World for us to make quick trips to the park and when we got back, the pool was waiting to cool us down and enjoy the rest of the day. April, from Prestige Retreats, helped from the start to the end and we would definitely recommend working with her to accomplish your dream vacation.
