Great stay

We loved the home and the location. The house and pool were awesome. The host was easy to work with. The beds were very comfortable, though the rest of the living room and outdoor furniture could use some updating. Our two week stay was great.

Perfect rental!

This property was very clean, and worked perfectly for four couples. The house was supplied nicely with the basics. The pool heat was wonderful and we used it almost every day. The location was convenient for all we wanted to do. Brenda was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Pickleball Stay

We came to Naples to take advantage The pickleball opportunities in the area. We had four couples and this wonderful home and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and general amenities of the home. It was great to have four bedrooms with private baths. We would love to stay again another time. Brenda was great during the booking process.

Perfect

This was perfect for our family vacation. The beds were really comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Everything we needed was there. The beaches and downtown were close to our home. We all felt very welcome. I would 100% stay again.

Lovely large Home!

We had a great stay at this high end property. When we first got there we were a little taken aback . We saw that the beautiful brick and stone driveway was covered in what looked like all colors of drawing chalk. Apparently the children of the previous tenants were allowed to express themselves at the expense of the homeowner. It was remedied by a pressure washing company that spent over an hour cleaning up the mess. I felt really sorry for Brenda the owner to have to put up with this kind of disrespect. Other than this, we found the home to be immaculate and totally and thoughtfully stocked to meet all needs. It is in a great location, with short drives to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed the heated pool and spa. We found it hard to pack up and head back home. Thanks Brenda for a wonderful stay, and your responsiveness. We hope to return again some day!

Lovely home, great pool, fantastic location

My family and I decided to do a "work from home" vacation in Florida for 6 weeks and stayed at this lovely home. It's spacious, clean and very comfortable. Pool / spa area is great and it's well-located. Wifi connection is strong / reliable too for those who need to do some work from home. The owner (Brenda) is very responsive and helpful as well. Would definitely come back!

BEWARE OF THIS OWNER

We stayed here feb 14th-21st of feb 01'. The house wasn't clean at all. there was trash (soda cups from Sonic and a peach pit) under the beds. The pool was green with algea when we got there, so we didn't get to use the pool. There were feces smeared on the underside of the toilet seat in the master bath and no hot water in the master shower. There's no dressers or closet in the master to put your clothes away, so you'll be living out of your suitcase. There was pasta on the table and rug outside. A large hairball was also found stuck under the bathroom door sweep. There was a brick missing off the edge of the hottub as well. The reason you should beware is even after all this, she tried to take our security deposit because my kids drew in the driveway with sidewalk chalk that easily rinses off. She claims she needed a power washer to get it off. After giving this person almost $6k for a week, she really wasn't satisfied with that and tried to take our security just for this. I'm dumbfounded. Just find another place, its not worth all the trouble.

Will certainly never do business with this owner again!

There are not enough spaces in this review window to describe my frustration and anger with this property owner! The rental agreement that Brenda provided had the wrong check in and out dates and the wrong number of guests. I crossed out the bad info and made the corrections and returned it to her. I requested a pre occupancy walk through which she declined. I did my own assessment upon arrival and took photos of several places and items that were either damaged or unusable, The day after our check out I received notification that the damage deposit was being withheld because of damage. The damages specified by Brenda were items that I had photographed upon arrival. When confronted with this information Brenda stated that I had lied about the number of occupants. She stated that her "maintenance people" had informed her that there were at least a dozen people using the property and the fact that all of the beds had been used was her proof. The only maintenance people that were there all week were two guys that came to check on the pool and they were there for maybe 15 minutes and were never anywhere near the bedrooms. While it is true that all of the beds were used, one of the couples that were guests have back pain issues and sleep in separate beds. The amended rental agreement clearly stated that there would be 8 guests and even listed them by name. At no time were there ever more than that number even in the house let alone staying there, We are four senior couples that were up early in the mornings, ate cereal and fruit for breakfast then left by noon to explore the area then returned in the late afternoon, had a cocktail hour then went out for supper and were back and in bed by 10 pm. I don't appreciate being blamed for damages caused by previous occupants and I certainly take issue with being falsely accused of lying. After a series of emails back and forth between myself and Brenda, she finally admitted that the mistakes had been made on her end and that the damage deposit would be refunded. I waited a full 2 weeks and when there was no refund I sent her a message that I was still waiting for the money. She replied "Oh sorry, I will contact the VRBO website." That was 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Guess we know now who's lying!

Spacious Comfort for Eight Adults

This quality home was just the ticket for our extended family group. My mom and I swam laps every day at the YMCA, which is just up the road. Grocery stores and other shopping is also minutes away. Clam Pass Beach Park is the closest beach and not to be missed. Go early for a parking spot. Downtown Naples is maybe a fifteen minute drive. A couple of us rented kayaks at nearby Park Shore Marina and paddled around in the bay. A mother and baby dolphin swam along with us part of the time. That was a thrill. We considered a day trip to the Everglades, but didn't make it. The house was too comfortable. Like a lot of touristy places, your best bet is to go exploring in the morning and have a low-key afternoon. Afternoons at this vacation home are perfect. The backyard pool and patio are a wonderful place for afternoon swims and/or naps. Some shade, some sun. We utilized the kitchen fully. Took every meal at home. Made at least one trip to Publix every single day. There are two bikes in the garage, and a tire pump. We took a few bike rides, mostly to Publix. Our host Brenda was very helpful, got back to us quickly with responses to our questions. This house is wonderful and we would most definitely recommend to any large group.

Great Pool, Awesome home, wonderful owner, loved Naples

My family had an awesome stay at this house! We loved the pool and hot tub, lots of space, bathrooms attached to every room, nice neighborhood that was quiet and close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. We cook a lot of our own meals - the kitchen was well supplied and the groceries are 5 minutes away just down Airport road. Brenda was phenomenal to work with, offering us ideas of things to do and places to go (I should also mention that we were moved to this house after we lost our original rental in Tampa and Brenda was very gracious to accommodate us in short notice). We would definitely return to this house were the opportunity to arise again.

Spacious and elegant home!

This is easily the nicest home we have experienced through VRBO. The five bedrooms and six bathrooms were very important to the 10 of us. The lanai and hot tub were a great experience, and even though I had to work some of the week, the office was a great space for tele commuting.

This house is perfect for the big family who is looking to gataway and enjoy the ocean and the beach

We really enjoined our stay !!! We were looking for a big house near the beach for family getaway over the Thanksgiving weekend . And we found the perfect one . House was very clean , all bedrooms have a private bathrooms full of clean towels and extra blankets . Beds are very comfortable and linens are soft . Owner is taken very good care of the pool and spa . 10 days went very fast and everybody didn’t want to leave . We look forward to come back next year . Thank you , Brenda
