The Space:

Settle into a family-friendly cabin made for easy mountain days and cozy nights. Inside, two private king bedrooms and two queen sleeper sofas comfortably host up to 8 guests across two bathrooms. The main living areas are simple and inviting, with room to relax, dine, and play.

Unwind on the deck in the private hot tub, fire up the BBQ for an easy dinner, or head to the game room for a round of pool or time on the game console. Both bedrooms feature smart TVs, and Bedroom 1 adds an electric fireplace for extra ambiance. A laptop-friendly workspace helps you stay connected when needed, and an in-home washer and dryer make longer stays a breeze. Guests also enjoy access to a seasonal resort pool.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.

• Pool: Resort pool is seasonal and typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access/within the home.

• Washer/Dryer: A washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside only.

• Winter Travel: An AWD or 4x4 vehicle is recommended during the winter months.

• Security Camera: One exterior camera is located above the front door, monitoring the driveway and walkway.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural Smoky Mountains location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
