The pool is an indoor pool, the room the pool is in, IS HEATED. The pool IS NOT HEATED. The pool stays a consistent 70 degrees year-round. The pool temperature CANNOT be raised. The hot tub is new and works great!

This property is located in the countryside, off of a dirt/gravel road. You will possibly see wildlife, from bears, deer, horses, squirrels, to mice.

During the fall months, it's common to encounter an increase in flies, especially in the Livingston area. This is a widespread issue for Montana residents during this time of year. To address it, we regularly have the property treated with professional spraying services.
