The unit is cleaned and disinfected per CDC guidelines by professionals. Please note: the rate does not include daily housekeeping, the unit is cleaned before you arrive & after you check out. Housekeeping offers midstay cleanings for an extra fee, please inquire for details.



The beds are full-size, which is just a bit smaller than queen-size. We welcome 4 guests to stay, but beware the unit will feel small! We encourage you to preferably be 2, for a more comfortable stay.



Guest Access:

The resort is shared between a hotel and private units like ours. Contrary to most resorts around, there is no added registration fee and resort fee on arrival. The building’s $65 registration fee + $10/day resort fee are included. There is nothing more to pay when you check-in.



Booking with us is the best value, and you actually get the featured unit, on top of fantastic hotel amenities.

PARKING



Valet parking is a third-party service that charges $45+tax/day if paid on location, but we can get you the owners discount at $35+tax/day. After booking, let us know if you want Valet parking, and we will tell the front desk to give you the discounted rate.

Parking alternatives are at 6080 Collins Ave (1 block away, near the Starbucks), mention you're at the Casablanca and get charged “only” $18+tax/day. There is also street parking, and our preference is the parking lot just 1 block north to the right, by the beach. All metered parking cost $1/hour, enforced 8AM-6PM everyday.

room was on the beach, great pool, instructions were clear and owners followed up periodically throughout the stay to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Keeping it short: Pros: *Proximity to beach *Nice Pool *Nice bed+Bathroom *Necessities for beach(chairs,umbrella etc) *Full Kitchen *Good a/c *Nice walk path Cons: *Hosts gave me false price information concerning parking at other places and just apologized. They are not very helpful. *Valet are rude and have attitude/very expensive too. *Walls are very thin you can hear everything next door. *Constant construction noises. *Room is small and needs updating wall is chipped in certain places. -Basically, I specifically would not stay there for a whole week again, you can find a good bed, pool, proximity to beach anywhere. It would probably make more sense if the hosts spent a week in the room themselves.

Room was equipped with all the essentials

Marie I was very responsive and helpful. She allowed us to check in sooner without changing extra, which meant a word to us. The building is older, but they’re doing their best to keep it clean.

Very bad for the price.... there is best hotels in the zone!!!

Very poor... walk ways dirty, elevators wet, carpet bad smells, always trash door was opened with terrible smells, the parking zone offered expired two years ago. In other words... It was a deception.

Beach condo

A little dated condo but overall nice. Great location on the beach, walking distance to stores and restaurants. It was just a little too small for family of 3.

Had to check out two hous after arriving

This is not a safe place for two women to stay. Or anyone else for that matter The whole place smelled very bad as soon as you walked in the lobby. The facility is old and run down. The pool area is dirty and run down. The lounge chairs were broken and bolted down to the concrete. I was not able to stay because of the odor and safety concerns. There were people using drugs out by the pool. I have contacted the owner to request a refund and the owner as stop corresponding with me. I have contacted VRBO three times including the night I left the hotel and each time I call it's like they are taking my information for the very first time. Now I understand why the hosts will not provide the address until three days before check in. They claim this is a condo on millionaires row but it's a bad hotel room on skid row. I want my money back! I did not spend 2 hours there! The host will not return my phone calls or respond to my email.

Great place!

Perfect place for a miami getaway! Cozy and comfortable place! Pool is awesome and the beach is literally on the back of the building! Manager kept in touch with me all the time to make sure everything was going great! I will definitely stay there next time i go to Miami!!

Great Location, walking distance to it all!

This condo was in a great location! It was walking distance to restaurants and other necessities! The room is small, two guests is plenty! The kitchenette is handy for breakfast and lunches. Everyone is very friendly and it felt safe! Great communication with the hosts!

It was overall a great experience. The beds were comfy, the room felt safe, and it is located in a really nice spot. The only negative comment is that the wifi was difficult to load anything.

Quiet area, nice room! Hotel could use work

The room: The room was cute and while not as spacious as pictured, matched the description and met all our needs. The little kitchenette is great although if you have more than two people, you might want to consider picking up some extra cups or paper ware. You definitely need the basics like paper towels. I would note that the room does not overlook the pool but that really didn’t matter to us. The owner gave really thorough instructions for our stay and included great little details that helped a lot (bring towels if you wear makeup or have funky colored hair)! Also no issues with the cable tv as previously mentioned! About the hotel and area (out of control of the owner): The hotel definitely could use some significant upgrades especially at the pool. It was too chilly for us to swim but it did not look as pictured. The restaurant is also MIA even though the website still indicates it is open. The hotel itself isn’t close to a lot of the action so if you don’t rent a car, make sure you’re ready to walk or are Uber savvy. Ubers or Lyft was not a problem at all. You might wait 5-6 minutes at the most but the lobby has lots of places to wait. Great gas station across the street with lots of basics especially beer and wine! Hit or miss on restaurants in the area being open or serving food depending on what time you arrive. All in all, we had a fun trip and the room was a nice place to crash!

Property was great! Marie was very responsive, property is clean, located on mid beach within walking distance for restaurants and shopping. Trolly is free and provides transportation to South beach, Española way, etc. Pool is large and clean, beach boardwalk is located right at the back gate and it is right on the beach. A little loud at night but we truly enjoyed our trip!

You get what you pay for!

The room itself was very clean and cozy! The beds were comfortable and big and it was nice having a small kitchenette to keep food and water cold. The beach chairs and toys were a nice added bonus. The only complaints (which are absolutely NO fault to the host!) is how loud it is in the room. Between the other guests playing loud obnoxious music and using the garbage chute at all hours of the morning/night this is definitely not the best fit for light sleepers or people with children. Also the smell of the lobby is something forever burned into my senses... not in a good way. Again not the hosts’ fault but a fair warning for future guests. The cable tv was set on one channel and unable to be changed from CNN.
