The property was very well kept and everything was clean. The beds were all very comfortable, The living area with the fireplace was very cozy. It rained the whole time we were there but the fall colors were very nice and we had a relaxing time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in your condo. Everything was clean and just as pictured. We were there during March Madness and especially enjoyed watching the games on the HUGE TV in the family room! Would definitely stay again-

There were 6 of us who stayed there and it was very spacious and comfortable! Convenient location, comfortable surroundings

We were so happy with our stay! This condo has comfy beds, quality furnishings and linens, and incredible water pressure. There was plenty of parking for both our vehicles. We liked being right at the top of the stairs, but still having the option of the elevator. The plentiful supply of luggage carts made moving in so easy. The mountain view from the spacious balcony was lovely and while we were so close to the main strip we were pleased to be in the backside of the complex for the quiet it offered. Our hosts did great communicating, letting us know how to reach them and being clear about check in and check out. We took advantage of the discount link for show and exhibit tickets 3 different times, what a nice extra offering to guests, thank you!

Clean, spacious, and conveniently located! But no internet!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. Plenty of parking. Our only real complain is that you really cannot connect to the internet. I think the unit is too far away from the main hub because we had to hot spot from our phones the whole time.Location is perfect for Dollywood, entering the Smoky Mount Nat'l Park, or if you plan on doing anything in Gatlinburg because it is at the southern end of the Parkway (the parkway is a hot mess with stoplights and traffic so this location made it much easier).But the condo is off the parkway up a very steep hill so unless you are stable on your feet you probably won't be walking to anything on the parkway.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rooms were big and clean. But, bldgs 5 & 6 are together with elevator in middle. Pulled up and found elevator. Had to go down a flight of steps to get to elevator. Very hard to get luggage down steps. Found out next morning that you can go to second floor and walk through bldg 5 and come out on ground parking lot. More walking but no steps. When reservation was made I specifically asked about elevator and told them I had 2 older people in group with knee replacements/problem. Feel we should have been told how to get in bldg w/o using steps. Saw 2 other groups having same problems with steps to elevator. Would not recommend for people with walking or step problems.
