Welcome to the PREMIER property of Pigeon Forge! Nestled at the foot of the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, RiverStone Resort and Spa offers fabulous amenities while being in close proximity to MANY attractions. It is less than two miles to fun-filled Dollywood and Splash Country. Outlet shopping malls, several dinner theatres, WonderWorks, Titanic Museum, Dixie Stampede, amusement parks, The Island, and many restaurants are within minutes of this sought after resort. We are located less than two miles to the NEW CAL RIPKEN BASEBALL FACILITY. Other attractions or activities include: Gatlinburg Country Club, hiking trails, ziplines, horseback riding, Glades Artist Community, Gatlinburg, Smokies Ball Park, convention centers, sports complex, Douglas Lake and Dam, Cades Cove, many churches, Harrah's Cherokee Casino, and The University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
Our condo offers 3 bedrooms, two full baths, living room/dining room/kitchen area, and large balcony. The balcony overlooks The Little Pigeon River that flows out of the mountains. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, direct access to the balcony, large master bath with granite counter, separate walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD. The second bath has granite counters with full size tub and shower. The living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray DVD, two leather recliners and a sleeper sofa. The dining room has a table and six chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters, and a Keurig coffee maker. There are also 3 barstools at the kitchen bar for a total seating for 9. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs with an additional 2 chairs and small table. There is a full size front load washer and dryer.
The amenities are awesome! There is a large indoor pool with a hot tub and separate baby pool. Also, within the pool area is a large work-out room and community room. Outside the pool area is a large play area with swings and slides. In the main lobby, there is a full service spa with meeting rooms and party services(that can be rented from resort management). But not to be forgotten is the awesome lazy river that flows outside and offers views of the majestic mountains. There is also covered parking, a Gazebo on the bank of the river, and beautiful landscaped grounds.

Wonderful stay in pigeon forge with two moms and two teenage boys. Location was perfect and condo was clean and comfortable. The host was very welcoming and available if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

Kitty's place was beautiful and roomy and easy to get to! She made the entire process, from booking to checking out, smooth! The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels. She gave us a lot of ideas for dining and places to visit. The view from her condo is gorgeous! If our travels ever take us to Pigeon Forge again, we will definitely stay at Kitty's place.

My family and I stayed here for a baseball tournament. The location was close to everything we did. The property had so much for the kids to do. The view of the river from the balcony was great! The condo itself was clean and spacious. The owners did such a great job thinking of little details to help our stay. 10/10 recommend this property!!!!

Wonderful stay, this is the first time taking the entire family and staying at Riverstone Spa and Resort, generally we rent a cabin when our family of 6 goes. Beautiful, Clean and Convenient

This was our second time staying at Riverstone Resort. The condo was beautiful, clean and very conveniently located to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Smoky Mountains and Dollywood. We enjoyed the lazy river, indoor pool and workout facility as well. We would highly recommend staying at the resort/condo to anyone thinking about visiting the area.

A perfect week at RiverStone

This unit has everything you could need on your Pigeon Forge getaway. From the three comfortable bedrooms to the ample lounging and dining space, you wonā€™t ever want your trip to end. The owner has appointed the unit thoughtfully so you wonā€™t be left wanting for anything during your stay. When there is a desire to leave the lazy river and do something off property, you are perfectly situated to enjoy everything from Gatlinburg to Sevierville.

Perfect Family Getaway

This condo is our favorite VRBO to date! My wife and I stayed here with our four kids ages 9-16. The condo was extremely clean, has a great layout, and has basically every amenity we have at home. Only thing I can think to add would be white noise machines in the bedrooms, but I used my phone instead so not a big deal. The lazy river is very nice and was a huge hit with the kids! We also enjoyed Anakeesta and Splash Country waterpark on a hot day. Overall I highly recommend staying here, we would love to visit again someday!

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful! Sitting on the balcony with river below is absolutely amazing. We would have the sliding door opened a little at night before going to sleep to listen to the river. It was so relaxing. Kitty is amazing to work with. Always answered any questions I had promptly. We definitely will stay here again

My husband and I are the original owners of this fabulous condo. Up to this point it has never been rented. We have enjoyed it with our two children, their spouses and our grand children. We live in Knoxville, Tennessee which is about 40 miles away. We also own a beachfront condo in Destin, Florida that we rent on VRBO as well. If you are in for a beach trip to the emerald green waters in the Gulf, call me about our beach property!

We have been going to the Great Smoky Mountains all of our lives and wanted a place to enjoy not only the mountains but the wonderful and fun activities that surround them. There is so much for a family to enjoy in the area to create a life time of memories.

The location of RiverStone is such an advantage for enjoying the activities. There are so many places within walking distance and a variety of activities that will make ALL people of any age happy! The design of the property and the care that is taken to maintain it allows for travelers to enjoy their vacation with no worries or discomfort. It is relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the flow of the river if you need a rest from the various activities.
