Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, ample counterspace, and all the essentials for a night in. There is a dining table with seating for four and pool views while you enjoy meals!

Living Room
The living room features a spacious sectional, accent chair, flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open onto the screened in lanai.

Master
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dressers, flat screen TV, and sliding doors for direct access out to the lanai. There is an attached master bath with a single vanity sink and oversized walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a full-size bed, twin over full bunk bed, nightstand, dresser, and a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a flat screen TV.

If you’re ready for some friendly competition, this garage is the ultimate game destination. Featuring a dart board, an air hockey table, foosball, basketball, cornhole, life size jenga and more!

Outside
This backyard is the ultimate space for entertaining. Under the screened lanai you will find a heated pool and hot tub with sun loungers, and a poolside fire pit. There is a bar height table with seating for four, mounted flat screen TV, large sectional, a gas grill, and a flat screen TV.

Electricity is metered. $6/day included. Overage charged at $2.53 per kWh. By booking, guest agrees to this policy.

Neighborhood Description
This home is just minutes from anything you could want including shopping, dining, parks, beaches and more. Sun Splash Water Park and Rosen Park boat ramp are just 3 miles away! Yacht Club beach is a short 20 minute drive. Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve trails are also just 10 minutes away.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

POOL RULES
● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in the lake. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest`s responsibility.
