Stunning Ocean Views! Walk To Beaches/Beach Bars/Restaurants

All repairs/renovations to villa after 2017 hurricanes completed during 5 million dollar resort renovation. 2 BR/2 BA Sleeps 6. My villa, Nine Island Vista, is located at a resort called Point Pleasant on the East End of St. Thomas. You’ll love the tremendous views (you can see unobstructed views of nine islands from the 50' wrap-around private terrace) and being able to walk to three beaches (pineapple, sugar, coki). There is fine dining at Ocean 180, the resort restaurant that serves, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch and a fantastic beach bar with drink specials during happy hour. Also Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville resort and bar/restaurant (our neighbor resort), has a restaurant and a great beach a short 2-3 minute walk away from our resort beach bar. There are 3 pools, 2 with fabulous ocean views. The villa is great for families. Two bedrooms/2 baths, 1 bath has tub/shower combination. First bedroom has a king sized bed and second bedroom has a queen sized bed. New sofa in great room is a queen sized sofa bed. Additional air mattresses if needed. The villa is located at the top of the hill affording breathtaking views of the ocean and 9 islands and cooled by gentle trade winds. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner and the great room is cooled by ocean breezes and fans if needed. Fifty foot wrap around deck for true indoor to outdoor living . Open concept for plenty of space. Three flat screen tv's. Well stocked kitchen. Beach towels, snorkeling equipment, noodles provided.
I have invested in the best housekeeper on the island, who loves her work and takes pride in the finished result. The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures - and I provide simple luxuries - like the silky bamboo sheets on the beds and enough coffee for a few days so you can enjoy your first morning with coffee on the deck. All inquiries welcome--I enjoy conversing with potential guests.

View was amazing from our balcony. Beach chairs and ice packs were key. We were able to take our lunch to the beach and lounge in comfort. Both restaurants had wonderful meals.

Great location near 3 stunning beaches - Lindquist, sapphire and coki. It is also near red hook and the ferry which is great. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying spectacular views and stars. The beach restaurant is great! Beds were very comfortable with good pillows. The condo was well equipped with snorkel gear, towels, coolers, beach chairs, etcWe loved our time here and would gladly return.

Debby was a great host, very thoughtful and great communication. Point pleasant was a great place to stay, the condo had beautiful views, was clean and fit our needs well. Resort itself had three pools, small beach, Sun and Sea restaurant was nice and easy trips to other beaches and Red Hook. Hope to make it back again!

Enjoyed the stay here and especially the views. Can't beat the views from the x-large porch. Unit was clean, well-kept, quiet and spacious. Note that the resort is very hilly, but the shuttle was quick and picked you up right at the door. The resort beach is not actually a beach so be prepared to walk or ride to coki as margaritaville isn't in great condition right now either.

We thought the place was very nice, very clean, the views beautiful!! Very thankful for use of beach chairs and cooler as we went to a different beach every day.Deb and her property manager at least were easily able to get a hold ofWhat was disappointing was the resort itself, One must be in good shape as everything is on hills, the main restaurant was not open for business, there was no fitness center as advertised, there is a shuttle but it is not available after 6, so if you went to the only bar at the resort be prepared to have to up uphill back to your room the beaches that you can "walk to" were small and dirty, Margaritaville restaurants were not very welcoming (to anyone not staying at Margaritaville), This was our 4th trip to St. Thomas, we found the locals not as friendly as the past, and the island really looking run down.

Very relaxing stay

Spent a long weekend with some friends. Location was close to some great restaurants and the resort amenities are great. Restaurants on site are a plus with great staff.Would definitely come back !

Perfect homebase for our vacation

This condo made for a perfect homebase for our vacation! It is spacious and comfortable. Modern and yet charming. The views are amazing and it is convenient to some of the best restaurants and beaches on the island. We will absolutely try to stay here again when we return to St. Thomas.

You need to rent a car if you chose to stay here!We knew when booking this condo isn’t luxury but didn’t expect to encounter so many issues! Went with this location based on the 10 out of 10 recommendations. However from the resort to the condo overall maintenance needs to occur. Point Pleasant Resort almost all the hand rails are loose making it a challenge to get to the pools. The beaches that are advertised as “within walking distance” are difficult to get to and once you get there are tiny! The condo is well worn and needs overall maintenance and updates. We had problems with insects on day one. The host did have it treated but feel this should have occurred before check-in. Most of the screens are torn so bugs are going to come in regardless on how long you open the sliding door. Beaches: with a car the closest beach is Sapphire Beach. It’s a medium size beach but so crowded! We then found Lindquist beach which is beautiful. 16 for 2 people and a car daily.Overall we were disappointed with our stay.

Exceptional all around!

Repeat guests at this Great location! Excellent host! Property was perfect for our family of six. It had everything we needed including air conditioning and fans, if needed. We were very comfortable! Close to Coki beach highly recommend for its beautiful reef. The property’s sun and sea bar is a great place with a view for lunch or casual dinner. We will be back soon!

Loved Our Stay in St. Thomas

Debby was an amazing host! The location of the property was walking distance to Coki Beach, and a short drive to so many other locations like Lindquist Beach, and Red Hook. We were provided with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and all necessities needed in the kitchen. We'd absolutely stay here again when visiting. Oh, and the view cannot be beat!

Great property/resort

This is one of the best properties/resorts in St Thomas, and we have stayed at many over the years. Some of the highlights; grounds including the nature trail and gazebo, magnificent views, first class restaurant, pools with views, spacious condo and deck with views, close to great beaches, and good location.

I am very new to renting my condo -- I only just started listing it in January 2017! I am a retired mother of 4 from Kansas. I went to St. Thomas on a relaxing getaway in February, 2016 and fell in love with the island. On a whim decided to look at some condos for sale and fell in love with my unit the moment I stepped foot inside. At the time I had no intention of buying but I just couldn't help it. Everything about the villa and the surrounding area is fantastic, from the view (which is magnificent), the on-site restaurants and the three beaches just a few minutes walk from the resort beach level. The resort is built into a hillside, affording breathtaking views of the Caribbean ocean and surrounding islands. My villa is at the top of the hill and receives amazing gentle trade winds that helps keep any mosquitos away. I wanted a place that I could share with my family and provide ample room for get togethers. This villa is perfect for families or couples who want to vacation together but still have
some privacy. I love being able to share my love of the Caribbean with other families - it is not always easy to find affordable accommodations that are family friendly and provide sufficient space and comfort.

The villa is privately owned, but located within Point Pleasant Resort, which is a friendly, lovely resort with many amenities including 3 swimming pools, a beach bar, fine dining restaurant, nature trail, coin operated laundry, and soon to open water sports. The view from the deck is truly breathtaking. The villa is spacious, fully stocked, including several sets of snorkeling equipment. It is perfect for families and small groups of friends. It is located 8 miles from the airport and just 3 miles from Red Hook, where there are many restaurants/bars, groceries, and shops. The ferry to other islands is also located there and many guests choose to ferry to St. John for a day trip - it is inexpensive and there are lots of beautiful beaches close together as well as hiking trails and great food/bars, shops right where the ferry docks

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

My villa is at the top of the hill, reaping the benefits of gentle trade winds and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean ocean and surrounding islands. The view is unobstructed and my favorite little luxury is having coffee on the deck in the morning with the breathtaking view. Also, I love stargazing at night on the deck. My villa is not fancy - the pictures are accurate - but it is comfortable and feels like home. I have invested in an amazing housekeeper who takes pride in her work and little luxuries like silky bamboo sheets and coffee for that first morning on the island. My villa is the only one at the resort that offers two bedrooms and an expansive deck that doubles the amount of indoor/outdoor space that can be shared. There are no guests on either side of the villa, so it is quite private as well.
The hilltop swimming pool is only steps away, but well hidden from sight (on the side of a hill). There are two other scenic pools in the resort, but the hilltop one is not as frequented and at times feels like a private swimming pool. I love being able to take a quick dip in the hilltop pool at any time and still be close to the villa. The resort provides free shuttle service within the resort that is fast and reliant - so you can take the shuttle down to the beach level and walk to 3 beaches in 2-5 minutes. Sugar beach is the resort beach - it is tiny but beautiful. Pineapple beach is the beach at our next door neighboring resort - Margaritaville. Coki Beach is a large beach on the other side of Pineapple Beach famous for great snorkeling. There are also food/beverage vendors and water sports rentals available there- even scuba diving lessons. Coral World is also located there.
