Breathtaking Panoramic Views Of The Caribbean Sea From This Luxury Villa

Sea Ya Round Villa boasts an exquisite, nearly 180 degree view of the Caribbean Sea. You have the entire 3rd floor, of this 3-story, round house. At about 400ft above sea level, you'll enjoy a panoramic scenic view, that includes St John, Buck Island, St Croix, and Puerto Rico. Now primarily powered by solar with battery back-up.

The main, open living space includes a full size kitchen, dining, and TV sitting area, with 75ā€ Smart TV, and luxurious sectional sleeper sofa, with queen size pull-out-bed. The ocean side, of the Villa is mostly windows allowing you to take full advantage of the Caribbean view. Retreat to the wrap-around balcony, on the seaside portion of the house to bask in the sun and enjoy the Caribbean breeze. Enjoy paradise, as you watch the breathtaking sunrise and sunset, as you sip your beverage of choice.

Conveniently located, on the south side of St Thomas, Sea Ya Round Villa is located up the mountain above Bolongo Bay, in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Our quiet paradise is about halfway between Downtown (Charlotte-Amalie) and East End (Red Hook), which is 15 minutes drive in either direction, and only 10 mins to Havensight / Yacht Haven Grande. We highly recommend renting a vehicle, for your stay, as taxis can be expensive. The property manager, Shawn, lives downstairs, on the second floor, so he's readily available, if needed. Shawn has lived on island, for 15 years, and worked, as a bartender, scuba diver, island concierge, and boat mate, so he's also a wealth of knowledge, about the best destinations, activities, excursions, restaurants and night life, in the USVI & BVI.

Providing a clean and safe place, for guests is our top priority. Deep commercial cleaning procedures are performed after each check-out.

We stayed at Sea Ya Round Villa from October 11th to 17th and really enjoyed our time there. The villa was clean, quiet, and had a nice private feel. The owners were friendly, easy to reach, and communicated really well throughout the whole process.Just a heads-up ā€” itā€™s on the 3rd floor, so youā€™ll definitely get your exercise in going up and down the stairs! But the views and the peaceful atmosphere make it totally worth it.Itā€™s a great spot for small families (2ā€“6 people), and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay on St. Thomas.

I donā€™t know where to even start. The VIEW, the kitchen, amazing large soft, large dining room, POOL!!! It was all fantastic and make our trip to St Thomas unforgettable.

Beautiful Views!

Very nice accommodations with beautiful views and a great on site property manager with a friendly, wonderful Lab dog, Dublin. A bit pricy for the week but was worth it. Will definitely consider returning.

Perfect place

Stayed at "Sea Ya Round" Villa five nights. Fancy place up on a hill with amazing views in 270 degrees. Scott really takes pride in his place and it shows, made for an unbelievable trip. We had top floor, second floor occupied by the owner, ground floor rented by a long term tenant. Very central location but need a rental car if staying on St. Thomas unless you are right downtown, the island as a whole is definitely not pedestrian friendly. Had a great kitchen with everything we needed to cook many of our own meals and save money that way. There were even storage containers for leftovers. Also very nice were beach towels so we didn't need to pack our own, and a cooler we could use too. Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of hot water, drinkable tap water, and there is solar to insulate from power outages on the island. Everything was clean and in great shape. Guests with mobility issues should just be aware that they will need to take stairs to the third floor.

Beautiful views

We had a great stay! The host is very responsive to any questions. It was super helpful that he allowed us to use his beach chairs (thereā€™s a fee to rent them at the beach). We didnā€™t understand beforehand how expensive taxis would be so didnā€™t rent a car but it all worked out

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time! The views were absolutely incredible (day & night). Scott and Shawn were very knowledgeable about activities, restaurants and ST life. The pool is well kept and clean. My children and i had the best time at Sea Ya Round.

Perfect weekend getaway

We were a group of 6 people for a weekend. We couldn't have asked for anything better than this place, IT WAS PERFECT. The place was so clean, it had everything we needed to make food and THE VIEW, OMG THE VIEW!! Its a very quiet neighborhood which was a plus for us, and very close to everything. Scott is an extraordinary host he received us personally and explained everything. They have a beautiful dog (Dublin) that hung out with us and made us feel at home (we all have dogs). Overall its THE perfect place!! Im so sure we will be coming back!!

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Ya Round! The views were amazing, and the huge windows and wrap around porch provide perfect viewing. The property managers were very communicative and kind! Dublin (their dog) was just the sweetest too. The road to get to the property is quite steep, but that's true for most places in St. Thomas. We did have some water pressure issues during our stay, but Scott and Shawn were actively working to fix them, and I wouldn't expect that to be a concern for future guests. There are folks living on the 1st and 2nd floors of the property, so the pool is technically shared by all, but during our stay we were the only ones to use it. The view from the pool deck is spectactular! I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay!

Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful time at See Ya Round. The location was absolutely perfect, and we were able to enjoy all sorts of activities that made our vacation truly unforgettable. We explored diffeent beaches each day and had a blast exploring the area and taking in all the sights and sounds. The accommodations were top-notch as well, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation spot!

Spectacular views that are hard to replicate

Our stay was very relaxing. Scott and Shawn were extremely accommodating and very responsive. There's no way you can beat the views that the place provides especially in the mornings. The proximity to all of the key points of interest is perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed for our full family.

50th Anniversary Vacation

Fantastic trip Accommodations exceeded our expectations. Beautiful Mornings with coffee watching the sunrise rivaled the sunsets with drinks watching cruise ships coming in. Scott & Shawn answered all our questions before we arrived and during our stay. We cooked breakfast several mornings and had everything we needed for a relaxing start each day. Great recommendations for restaurants and activities. They even provided sand chairs , towels, noodles to use at the gorgeous beaches . The pool was clean and well lit at night for great view of the coastline and harbor . Definitely rent a Jeep. The roads are very challenging and road signage dismal. Drive slower and enjoy the countryside.See Ya Around Villa is a perfect place to relax and unwind. We felt right at home and leaving was hard . They made us feel like family and shared their beautiful home

Sweet Little Getaway

Hosts were extremely kind-very nice family. Beds very comfy as they are both kings. Property is located away from beaches up on a hill with beautiful views. Property is very close to beach but a car is necessary which it is in St Thomas anyway unless you just want to stay in a hotel or take very expensive taxis. Property has a nice kitchen filled with everything you need to prepare meals, etc. Bathrooms are spacious but dont expect high water pressure, etc--you're on an island and things are different. There is a huge wrap around porch which is way cool to just hang out on and have coffee or watch the sunset. Nice big TV if you're into that. Games galore and beach chairs to borrow which is very nice. All in all a comfy place to stay with helpful hosts. Thank you Scott, Sean, Kim and Zander.

Wonderful view, shared facility

My wife and I stayed here this past week with friends (another couple) and had a wonderful time. The view is even more spectacular than the pictures allow for and Scott was on-site to help us with additional needs like suggestions for places to visit, extra towels, paper goods, etc. The place was great. Bathrooms were clean and in good working order (even with island-limited water), the AC worked great in all areas, the great room was comfy and spacious and the view I already mentioned is astounding. The deck chairs were also very comfortable to sit in and we didn't feel we were lacking for anything we couldn't grab at a local market. We went to the beach daily and used the beach chairs that were all in good working order (4 total). We also used the beach towels which were in good condition. We did lots of cooking and lounging at the property as we enjoy both of those things! Note: The grill is one level down (2nd floor) from the living quarters (3rd floor) so prepare for lots of stairs if you plan to grill. Importantly, there also is a tenant on the 1st floor who also had guests in town which made for a somewhat tenuous/tense pool situation (1st floor). I am taking a star away because it's NOT a private pool and private cooking area but the listing seems to invite that. We also saw the note that there was "coin laundry" but there's nothing on-site or anywhere close by. Even with a full house there was always parking and it was always quiet. Would recommend!

Views for days!!!!

This property has beautiful mountain top views and looks out to the water in over 180 degrees. The property was clean Steven and Scott were great and responsive when we needed them. There are tons of food recommendations. There is a regular coffee machine - we only so kuerig on the listing ( I was worried Iā€™m a big coffee drinker!) Everything you need to take a beach trip or just a dip in the pool is there! We hope to be back soon!
