Above-ground pool. Swim at your own risk and children must never be left unattended.

Upper and lower decks for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Outdoor shower, fire pit and dining area with grill plus Black Stone griddle.



Game Room (Garage Converted):

Living room area with large screen TV. Plenty of entertainment. Keep garage door closed but open large access door from the fenced in back yard and keep your children safe from street.

Ping-pong, dartboard, indoor basketball hoop, poker table, and more-rainy days not problem!



Special Features:

Elevator lift from the ground floor to the first floor. (for mobility assistance and carrying luggage/groceries-adults only. Must request access if needed.)

10 beach passes. 3 blocks and 15 minute walk to the beach or park your car at the beach.

Bath towels, linens, pillow and blankets included. Bring your own pool/beach towels.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire property via keyless entry.



Other Things to Note:

For liability purposes, elevator will be locked. However, if someone has mobility issues, please let us know.
