The Space:

Comprised of 2 completely separate homes that can be booked individually, InstaWorthy Funky Palace and McConaughey Mansion, guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together, where the entire property becomes yours for the duration of your stay.



Step inside where chic, elegant décor fills every room. If you plan on preparing a hearty, home-cooked breakfast the crew, there’s plenty of room in either of the stunning kitchens. Both are equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample stone counterspace, and all white cabinetry stocked with all the cooking tools you’ll need for a comfortable stay. The best part is you won’t even need to leave this home for a good cup of coffee (although there’s plenty of delicious spots to find some), bring your pods and favorite fixings for the Nespresso available in both homes to make your morning brew just the way you like it. To share a quick bite or connect over coffee, both homes offer counter seating for three as well as a dining table for four.



When you’re craving some downtime, whether in private or amongst friends and family, find plenty of spaces to relax throughout the entire property. Both living rooms have a plush sofa and chairs surrounding a smart TV, making it the perfect house for a getaway with friends. Turn on the TV to stream your favorite shows and put your feet up before you get started on your journey through Austin to hit all the popular spots. With ample seating and a cozy atmosphere, these inviting spaces make it easy to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

McConaughey Mansion comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 queen size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds.



This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



InstaWorthy Funky Palace comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

• This home is equipped with (3) external security camera: (1) located at the front of the house actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located at the front of the house actively monitoring the walkway of Unit A, (3) located at the back of the house actively monitoring the backyard.

• This home is comprised of two separate homes on the same property. Booking this unit provides access to both InstaWorthy Funky Palace and McConaughey Mansion.
