Villa4UFlorida is proud to share this Sunset Ridge 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home with you.

It is the perfect villa to vacation in the heart of the Orlando Disney area, the gated community is less than 15 miles and just 20 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World.

The home has been furnished throughout with much care and thought taken into making this a beautiful home for you to stay to explore all of Central Floridas attractions.

With 2 large living and dining areas all from a short step of the kitchen. The kitchen itself has a breakfast bar and modern appliances for you all to enjoy.

The living area has a large screen TV and leads off to a great pool and spa area with no rear neighbours to enjoy the Florida Sunshine from.

The first floor has the 2 living areas and kitchen and dining areas as well as the Queen bedroom at the rear of the house. Upstairs is the large master king suite with en suite bathroom and shower. Upstairs also has a fantastic loft space with a comfy sofa. There are 2 twin bedrooms sharing the family bathroom upstairs too.

Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

I had an excellent stay. The home is spacious. I found It to be very clean. Except for the rear entry door, all other wear is consistent with a family rental. The host communicated well; and I found the instruction binder at the house very helpful.

Sunset Ridge

We stayed for 6 weeks. Any concerns we promptly addressed. The house has plenty of room for entertaining friends. Would definitely stay here next time we head to Davenport.

Florida sunshine

Stayed two weeks. Location was very good although traffic on I4 is so busy! We did a food tour in Winter Haven which was great and lots of local golf. Had a bit of a problem with pool heat (broken thermostat) for the first part of the visit but it did get fixed after about 5 days and I loved being in the pool! Would stay there again.

2nd Time Stayer

This was our 2nd time staying at this home, We greatly enjoy the home both times. Pool area is great, No homes behind you looking in :) Looks like they replaced floors since our last stay A+ for that, Only things id recommend New Paint whole house inside Perhaps new Couches in the Living Area Other than that its a solid VRBO. We will be staying again when needed.

Very nice

Our stay was very pleasant. The email detailing entry instructions didn't reach me. Im sure due to my signal and the manager was really quick at getting back to my phone call and got us in. Due to it being a holiday weekend that was really impressive to me. Our stay was lovely.

Clean and Spacious…

Friends and I were there to golf so it was a very optimal location. Very spacious and clean. I have no complaints honestly, but rather recommendation. The mattresses could be improved; they’re not very comfortable.

Bright and spacious home

Place was clean and spacious. Fit the 8 of us very comfortably. Close to many main attractions and easy to pop out for groceries and such. Pool wasn't kept very warm, kids will swim in anything but the adults found it cool. Could use a pressure wash around the pool area as it is starting to look a bit run down.

Would book again

Comfortable home - large master with large en-suite. Stayed for two months. Home has had some water damage in the past. Carpeting needs a good cleaning, especially the stairs to the second floor. Normal wear and tear associated with rental properties. Overall, some nice features and would book again.

Alright Stay

The house was nice but could use some updating. The ice maker was broken the fridge also had some broken shelves. There wasn’t enough wash clothes for my family so I had to buy some. The beds were uncomfortable. The kids had a great time in the pool was close to legoland which is where we went this trip.

Overall it was okay

Location amazing, pool area just what we needed. Cleanliness of the home poor there was spiders and webs all through out the home the sheets where stained and the amount of bug bites my spouse obtained in the home was crucial. Definitely needs better sanitation and cleaning and some detailed cleaning considering there is carpet and furniture. I still recommend if your up to doing some housekeeping yourself. Fast response from owner quiet and safe neighborhood.

Overall it was ok

Large spacious home, but it should not be advertised as a gated community, not once was the gate closed and this did leave us feeling exposed (the state of the front door, lead us to believe this home has been broken into).The swimming pool area appears smaller than the photos, and the hot tub tile for the waterfall to the pool is missing, not great for children.Overall the home was ok, but downstairs shower is blocked, water doesn’t drain away. We tried to not let any of this spoil our week and ended up having a great trip, this isn’t a great location for Disney as will take you at least an hour to get to the parks, you have to leave early and plan accordingly when staying here, but Denny’s around the corner is great for breakfast!

Disappointed

We were very much looking forward to the trip, our kids were really looking forward to swimming in the heated pool and Hottub at night. We were greatly disappointed to find out the spa was only the temperature of the pool and that it did not get hot. The owner said it was a spa not a hottub, and that a spa only adds bubbles to the water. We would have not booked this propriety had we known the spa did not get hot. We have stayed several times in Florida,, with similar setups and the Hottub always gets hot. Additionally, my kids could only swim for a short period of time because the heated pool unfortunately, was not very warm. The description also boasts the gated community, and while the community is gated, during our entire stay. The gate was never closed, and anyone could just drive in. On our day of checking out, check out was at 10 am, but at 9:30 the housekeeper showed up and asked if she could get started while we were still there

Beds were awful, house not clean

The beds all desperately need new mattresses. You can feel every spring as they press against your back when you try to relax. They were so worn out it was a struggle to not roll off in the floor. However, my wife did sleep on the floor because it was more comfortable. The upstairs master toilet leaks on the shutoff valve. The whole house needs a deep clean. There were 3 wash clothes for a family of 7 to share. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The refrigerator has a broken shelf. A few window sills need some TLC, as they were damaged. There is a broken piece of sharp tile where the hot tub water runs into the pool. The drain in the downstairs bathtub does not drain. You wade in water up to your shins and the water might be drained out by the time for your next shower if your lucky. Please buy new mattresses for people. A good night of sleep will do wonders for your guests. Management was great when we made these complaints and moved us to a house that was well maintained which helped us out tremendously.

Nice place to rest your head

If your family needs a place to rest your head at night and take a swim to cool off after a long day at Disney or Sea World - this is your place!! Not very fancy and plan to either bring or buy a lot of your own furnishings. Their maintenance was pretty quick to respond when we reported a large hole in the screen surrounding the pool (I didn’t need any large crawling animals visiting us) and when one of the smoke alarm batteries went out the first night we were there!! There were plenty of towels but only two washcloths and one of those two looked like it had been used as a cleaning rag. The rooms were sufficient for us - kids loved the rooms with the two twin beds in each. We loved the fact we had a pool to use and it wasn’t closed when we arrived back after a long day at the parks like at a hotel; however, kids had to play quietly because neighborhood had a quiet ordinance in place beginning at 10 pm. The price was great for us (and would be for any family on a budget). We would be open to staying again if we made another trip.

The property and area overall was awesome!! My family and I enjoyed it!! The house is just right for a large family. My only critique is that a couple of the bed linens were not entirely clean on our arrival, so we had to re-wash.

This was close to major highway. It is close to a mall that his all you need without going any distance. The only complaint is lack of supplies. IE garbage bags. you need to get all house stuff and that does add up. We loved all else about house and had a great time.
