Thank you for taking the time to read this response. I strive to provide an excellent experience for guests, and I take all feedback seriously. While I regret that Stephanie didn't enjoy her stay, I’d like to offer some context. She informed me that the fridge did not appear to be cooling properly on Sunday afternoon. I promptly responded by arranging access to an extra mini-fridge from our adjacent unit first thing the following day- Monday morning. She declined to use it. I had also ordered a brand-new fridge on the Sunday she informed me. It was installed 2 days later, on Tuesday afternoon, which was the earliest possible date after checking multiple major retailers. I even selected a higher-priced model to ensure it could be installed sooner. To further address the inconvenience, I refunded her an entire night’s stay. She refused to respond to messages, and we encountered significant cleaning challenges that were outside the norm. I’ve hosted many guests with pets. Yet my cleaning team has never encountered linens soiled with urine and closets filled with dirt. I also received a report from the guest in the adjacent unit that her front door had been left wide open during the last 36 hours of her stay. This raised AC efficiency and safety concerns (2 60" smart TVs are free-standing). That said, I’m proud of the high standards I maintain and the great experiences shared by most of my guests.
