The One-Bedroom Residence at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers all of the comforts and amenities of a full size condominium including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dining room table, a gas fireplace, a large living room area and private balcony that overlooks the town of Breckenridge.

The One-Bedroom Residence includes a king bed in the master bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Unit Includes - gas fireplace; fully equipped kitchen; coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, crock pot, blender, etc.; refrigerator; dishwasher; dining room table; full bathroom; soaking tub; voicemail; ironing board; humidifier; private balcony; TV/DVD; clock radio; washer/dryer in unit; and wireless Internet.

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 has a nearly unparalleled location on the Ten Mile Range right on Peak 7 at the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers the ultimate in convenience for those who enjoy hitting the slopes or wish to visit the town’s Main Street.

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 features include: a large indoor/outdoor aquatics area with year-round heated pools; Soothe Day Spa; Sevens Restaurant: state of the art fitness facility; The Grotto, an exclusive adults only relaxation area; Grand Essentials convenience store: The Family Fun Center which includes two private movie theatres and a fully equipped game room.

Other highlights of the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 include the Grand Lobby with an après ski piano bar, complimentary wireless Internet and a convenient courtesy shuttle transportation around town. We almost always take the shuttle into town because it is so convenient.

Great location

Property was great. Large bathroom. Amenities were nice with hot tubs. Would recommend.

Great Ski Vacation

We love this property and this condo was no different. The kitchen is well stocked, it is nice to have a large table, the pull-out couch is comfier than most, and the bathroom is large. We also love having a dryer to ensure ski clothes are nice and warm. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Good but could have been better

The unit was in good condition and a nice size. We liked the full size kitchen and bathroom. The shower with double heads was very nice. Unfortunately, the week we picked to come for our wedding was the busiest week of the year. The town and resort were overcrowded with people. Getting around was almost impossible. I arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready yet. I sat around for a bit waiting to get into it. Every floor in the resort was covered in water and snow from the skiers and the staff wasn’t even tried to clean it. There’s one road leading to the resort and every day at 4pm, the road got backlogged with cars. The road is only a mile long but gps said over an hour just to get down to Main Street. We had to cancel dinner reservations with family the first night because we were stuck. My wife and I ate at the resort restaurant, Sevens, instead. It was very overpriced and the food was not good. The pools and hot tubs were busy, and there were kids in the 21 hot tub which was annoying. Lastly, I asked for a late checkout at noon the day I checked in. Normal checkout time is 10am which is abnormally early for a resort. I agreed to pay the 50 fee to checkout at noon. Come 10am, we had housekeeping banging on our door and the front desk calling. Since they woke us up, that kind of defeats the purpose of a late checkout. I told the front desk I expected the fee to be waived. They did agree to this. Overall, the unit was great but the complex brought my rating down.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences that you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the overcrowding in the pool area and the cleanliness of the common areas. We understand how frustrating it can be when a resort is busy, especially during peak times, such as New Year’s week. I have provided your feedback to Grand Lodge. The management team at Grand Lodge is working on improving patrolling the pool area and cleaning protocols to ensure a better experience for our guests. Safety is a top priority at Grand Lodge, and management wants to make sure that everyone enjoys a safe and comfortable stay. We also apologize for the late check-in experience. Grand Lodge guarantees check-in at 4 PM, and we apologize that was not the case during your check in experience. I have also provided this feedback to the management team at Grand Lodge. Grand Lodge can use your reservation to identify and and speak to the members of the Front Desk and Housekeeping team and provide additional training and guidance to ensure a 4 pm check in. We are excited to announce that Grand Lodge will be taking over Sevens restaurant soon from Vail. We believe this change will enhance the dining experience for owners and guests, and Grand Lodge looks forward to providing improved service and menu options. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. I can confidently say Grand Lodge is committed to making improvements based on our guests' experiences. Great stay!

No issues, easy to check in/out. Had a great time. The resort is fantastic. Pools and out door hot tubs really make it!

Excellent vacation from booking to final days in Breck!

Well appointed, comfortable beds (even the pullout), amazing amenities to take advantage of, shuttle service option to town, close to Gondola into Breckenridge and Peak 8, a couple of expected minor maintenance issues that were promptly taken care of within an hour with a simple phone call, concierge was super helpful prior to arrival and owner was helpful beyond words and super easy to work with! No glitches from arrival to departure!

Nice Unit fair service

Good experience overall once we finally got checked in. The Front desk did not have my name in the system and would not allow me to register. Luckily I was able to contact the owner of the unit on the phone to get them straightened out otherwise I would have been screwed. I left my family in the car while I was trying to get us checked in. What should have taken 5 minutes took almost 40 minutes. Not a great way to start off. Also I requested a rollaway bed and they did not have that request in the system either. Other then that it was a nice stay.

I sincerely apologize for the delay checking in and for the rollout. I agree that check-in should not, and rarely does, take over five to ten minutes. It is also why guests have my cell phone and are encouraged to use it anytime for any reason. Over seven years and several guests, the front desk has never not had the name of my guests in the system at the time of check-in. I met one guest that checked out the day that you checked in, and that guest had no problems. I followed up with owner relations and learned that this was a training issue at the front desk, which will be addressed. Owner relations assured me that I did indeed take all the correct steps to arrange for your stay. I both emailed owner relations well in advance of check-in about your stay and about the rollaway. I also stopped by the front desk (we stayed at GL7 the week before) to confirm you being in the system and the rollaway. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Wonderful accommodations for true ski-in/ski-out experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Lodge on Peak 7. The property was perfect for or family of 4 (2 children ages 14 and 12). Owner is a class act and hope to rent from him in the future as we had a great time.

Fun and easy ski weekend

Stayed over New Years weekend. Property clean and new. Lodge staff very friendly. Owner was professional and responsive. Kids loved the many outdoor heated pools and slide, wife loved the spa. Fun game room and DVD rentals through "red box" were bonus. Ski lockers were great, large enough for skis and boots (if creative with stacking). Lift access right out the back door of lodge. One bedroom condo seemed bigger due to layout, plenty of space for family of four. New kitchen appliances and large dining room table. Private movie theater rooms need to be reserved, they fill up fast. Would recommend this property to friends and family.

Unforgettable stay

We had a great time at Breckenridge. Stayed at Grand Lodge at Peak 7. The resort itself is very nice. The staff responded to our needs promptly. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and a lot of fun for kids; Outside jacuzzi was very refreshing as well; Our family dined at the 7 restaurant 3 times and food was very good. The restaurant had a nice wine selection as well. The suite itself was very spacious with a nice sized kitchen and dining area. Everything was very clean. Humidifier was also available which helped us a lot due to altitude and very dry air in Breckenridge. I will gladly return to Grand Lodge again in the future.

Ski-in/ski out; a locker room with lockers for your skis just a few steps from the base of the Independence SuperChair (so you do not have to lug skis to your unit); covered, underground parking (so you never have to scrape windows); a very convenient shuttle that takes you around Breckenridge (so you can go to dinner or do some shopping and never worry about parking); a theater room that you can reserve with state of the art video and sound for a true movie experience; a game room; and and outstandingly helpful staff.
