Of course, there are times when people doesn't understand nor respect private property and when we have to add much more energy, time, people and money to clean that space after the guests departure. This is the reason why we give cleaning price list at the check-in.

Cleaning stains on the walls, large stains on balconies, terraces (they are made of stone which absorbs everything) and floors, fixing broken chairs (or buying new), demolished things inside property and garden (and fixing them or buying new) are not covered with free final cleaning. This additional cleaning cost us additional time, energy and, at the end, money and money to cover cleaning for this will be deducted from the security deposit from the cleaning price list. I hope this suits you and that this won't be problem for booking this lovely property which is ideal for large group of friends or family reunions, as for now we had almost always guests that one would desire.
