This beautiful 3 BR 2.5 BA Kings Beach townhouse is just 3 blocks from the lake and is perfect for all seasons! The home is approximately 1,600 sq ft and comfortably accommodates 8-10 people.

Family Getaway

The property was a perfect size for 4 adults and a 3 year old. The location was great. Easy to walk to the beach, places to eat and miniature golf.

Great!

Great location, owner very responsive and accommodating. House was clean and driveway cleared after 3 feet of snow! House could use a few more kitchen items like mixing bowls, cookie sheets, crock pot, a few Tupperware, foil, seran wrap, dishes for more than 8 so the dishwasher doesn’t have to be run so often. Also need a working pump for air mattress. and a few working hair dryers. Nothing that ruined our stay but would have been helpful. We would stay here again!

Great Location!

The property is wonderful! It is literally 5 walking minutes from the beach and any stores/eateries. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. My only complaint would be that the middle bedroom has a futon in it and a set of bunk beds. We had 2 adults sleeping on the futon and it flipped over several times. The bunk beds are also unstable. They do have 2 blown-up air mattress as an alternative though. Overall I would stay here again and recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I enjoyed staying

According to the owner, the internet modem change by the cleaning person caused the failure of the access code programming. It took me some time to get a new access code from the owner. After the access code incident, everything was GO GO. The owner was very responsive and nice (thank you, Stan). The house was clean and well-maintained. They even have a game console that my kids and wife(?) played. The safeway was only 7 minutes driving away and the beach is only 5 minutes walking distance.

Perfect for family of 8

Perfect location for walking to Kings beach, nearby restaurants and a short drive to the casinos. The house is a duplex (townhouse) with another family living in the other half. It was a perfect fit for my family of 6 adults and 2 children... The description says it sleeps 10 but from what I saw there were not 10 sleeping spots. The couch could possibly be slept on by a small child but there are definitely not enough beds for 10 people. Once again though 8 was a perfect fit with no problems whatsoever. Thanks Stan!

Place needs some TLC

Great location if you want to walk to the lake or downtown Kings Beach. House has no outside area to sit. I had to sweep the front porch and rear concrete pad as it looked like nobody ever bothered. Carpet needs to be cleaned and a bit disgusting. Blankets were dirty so we had to wash them…tried to use the vaccume cleaner and it stunk up the house…one night the smoke detector went off because the battery needed replacement. Overall, the place needs a refresh and updated furniture i dared not to lay on

Great location to King’s Beach

The property is a great location and walking distance to King’s beach. The house is well equipped with amenities and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. With our stay being over summer the house at nighttime was uncomfortably hot even with fans going. Although the lack of air conditioning in Tahoe residences seems to be everywhere. This property doesn’t have a finished back yard or patio. It would have been nice to have a sitting area outside especially for summer.

Excellent property in perfect location.

We had an excellent stay for the Fourth of July holiday, and we just discussed booing it again for next year! Property was as described. Plenty of space for our big family. Lots of amenities… the kids loved the poker chips/playing cards and the coloring books and crayons. We loved the Nespresso coffee maker! Tucked on a quiet dead end, and a short walk to the beach- even with a toddler in tow.

Perfect location close to beach and attractions

As a family of 5 with 3 kids, we had a fantastic time and this property is just perfect, very well located and providing all the convenience we needed. The manager is extremely proactive and responsive to check everything goes fine and answer any questions.

Walking distance to the beach

The location of the home to the beach was great. We had a wagon to carry our things so the 3 blocks to the beach was easy. The minigolf is very close and an ice cream shop for the kids. The house was clean. Only complaint I can say is the air conditioner wouldt make the house cool. We held the temperature down to 63 but the house wouldn’t get cooler than 74. Luckily it wasn’t a hot weekend and we opened the doors to cool off at night. The house will well stocked with some Dry items in the pantry like paper plates, aluminum foil and garbage bags. The house host was very responsive. I would stay again.

Great rental

Wonderful place. Stan was very professional. The proximity to everything was great. We stayed for New Years and was an easy Uber ride to the CBC. Thanks again for the awesome accommodations!

Suggestions

Property was clean and in a good location for boating, but there's A few things, that could make things better for future renters: 1). Provide an actual toaster in the kitchen, in lieu of a toaster oven. 2). Fix Charter remotes for two TV's, and streamline their use. 3). Dining room table chairs could be a lot better. Their to awkward to get in and out of, and therefore to difficult to use.

Great Tahoe stay

Our family had a wonderful time. It was clean and quiet. We walked to the beach and were close to several hikes. It was a wonderful stay and was perfect for us and our 5 kids. The owners we great. Close to the beach, and grocery store. Master bed was very comfy. We appreciated all the amenities. Highly recommend.

Great place- great location

We had a really nice stay. The house was ready and sparkling clean for our arrival. The location was perfect for us to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and minature golf. The kitchen was well stocked. Our only suggestion would be to add a fan into the master bathroom and perhaps closet access. The hooks in the master bedroom weren't the best for hanging items. Other than that, we would gladly stay again.

Very beautiful and clean townhouse! Can't wait to come back again!

This is the fourth time we stayed at this beautiful townhouse for our ski trips in Tahoe. The house is always clean and well equipped. Location is great. It was only about 10 minutes drive to Northstar. Stan is a great owner. He is very responsive to any questions we had. We all had a very good time and we will definitely come back again!

The place was situated nicely and the amenities inside the house was A+.

Our first time celebrating Christmas away from home but we felt we were home. We were treated with a White Christmas on Christmas Day! It was so beautiful, snow during Christmas Day! We had an amazing time and we felt very comfortable inside the house. The owner was very kind and very responsive if we had any question, he reply in a timely manner. Jim the caretaker was awesome. He help me cut one the wire chain I had on my van that broke. We will definitely go back.

We fell in love with Kings Beach after staying at another VRBO property. So much so that we wound up buying our own vacation home! Now that our kids are old enough to ski, we really enjoy our time up in Lake Tahoe.
