Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review. We’re very happy that you found the home comfortable, well provisioned, and that the kitchen met your expectations, and we truly appreciate you noting the areas that need minor maintenance so we can continue improving the experience. We also value your candid feedback regarding the early check in and late check out messaging and understand how that could feel frustrating. Your perspective is important to us and will be shared with the team as we work on refining how we communicate these options in a more guest centered way. We would genuinely love the opportunity to host you again and provide an even smoother, more welcoming experience next time, so please reach out when you begin planning your next stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Elizabeth. While it’s unfortunate we never got the chance to host your stay, we understand your disappointment, especially for a special occasion like a bachelorette party. We do our best to be fair to all guests and property owners, which is why we have a cancellation policy in place, stated at the time of booking. An optional cancellation waiver for unforeseen events like illness is also offered at booking. Without that coverage, we aren’t able to issue refunds or move the reservation. We hope your daughter is feeling better and that you get the chance to celebrate together soon.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the home, the hot tub, and the neighborhood. We really appreciate your notes about supplies. We typically stock our homes with enough essentials to get guests through their stay, so we're sorry this didn’t feel like enough this time. We'll take this feedback to our team to make sure we improve for future stays. We also appreciate your suggestions about kitchen extras and a welcome basket, and we’ll be sure to keep your ideas in mind as we make future updates. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We value your input so much and hope to host you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Linda. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the AC during your stay. While we were able to get a technician out quickly to resolve the thermostat programming issue, we understand that the lack of cooling in the kitchen and family room throughout the week was frustrating, especially during a trip focused on family time. We did our best to coordinate with multiple vendors during a busy holiday week, but unfortunately, the issue couldn’t be fully resolved during your stay. We know how disappointing that was, and we really appreciate your patience throughout the process. Your suggestions regarding the linens, kitchen supplies, and grill have been shared with the homeowner-we’re always looking for ways to improve. We’re also glad you enjoyed the game room, pool items, and kitchenware during your visit. KayDee has reached out directly regarding compensation, and we hope the resolution reflected our commitment to addressing your concerns.
