We are members of the Chamber of Commerce and have been renting cabins in Branson since 2003. We know how to make our guests feel at home.
There are several things to consider when choosing a place to stay in Branson and here are some of them:

LOCATION: This log cabin is about 1 mile from Silver Dollar City. When others are waiting in "stand still" traffic for up to 2 hours just to get to SCD you will be there in 10 minutes or less. If you want to spend your time in Branson you can be in Branson is less than 10 minutes and all the way across town to the Branson Landing in less than 25 minutes. You will not find a better location.

ACCOMMODATIONS: This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin with a large Jacuzzi tub in each bathroom. We have a king, a queen, a set of bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. All of our cabins are very clean, well stocked and furnished with almost everything you will need except food. We furnish all Towels and Sheets, Kitchen is supplied with Crock Pot, Coffee Maker and Filters, Dishes, and Pots and Pans. We furnish Coffee, Trash Bags, Paper Towels, Tissues, Toilet Paper, Soap, Laundry Detergent, and Wood for the Wood burning fireplace. We have wifi, Cable TV, 3 TVs, 3 DVD Players, DVD library, Toys, Games, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, and a Large Screened in deck. We also have a nice Charcoal Grill and Patio Furniture.

AMENITIES: We have a 5 Acre Lake you can Fish without a license. The hike to the lake is steep and we do not recommend it if you have any physical problems. We have Nature Trails, Basketball Court, Horseshoes, Playground, and 2 beautiful Pools that are open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. Notch Estates is very family friendly with lots of areas for your kids to play. Bring your Bicycles, Rip Sticks, Skate Boards, and Remote Controlled Cars.

INFORMATION: When you stay with us we will also send a lot of information that will make your stay in Branson even more enjoyable such as a location where you can buy 2 for 1 tickets to most of the shows , and our personal show review. This review is our personal opinion of about 70 shows and attractions we have seen and you will find it very helpful in selecting your entertainment while in Branson. We will also give you directions and recommendations to restaurants and stores close to the cabin.

PRICE: We strive to be very competitive with comparable log cabins. If you compare Location, Accommodations, Amenities, and Price you won't find a better vacation property.

Incredible Place and Location

Loved Notch Estates location! This cabin is back toward the back so its fairly quiet from the other hustle and bustle of the property. This cabin is awesome, super spacious, plenty of room for just about anything. Owners are super responsive! Notch also has its own lake, the fishing isn't too bad on it! It is a healthy hike to it, but that makes it even that more special.

Great place.

This was a great place. My only complaint was that we couldn't find a way to change the thermostat when we were too hot/too cold. It seemed to be set for 71 in the day and 69 at night, which wasn't too bad. I get hot and just wanted to cool it down a little before going to bed. We all had a good time, though. Close to everything.

Wonderful Christmas Getaway

This location is very close to SDC and about 20 min to anywhere on the strip. The cabin itself was very cozy and welcoming, with stockings hung above the fireplace and a Christmas tree decorated to match. The owner is very responsive and kind enough to supply firewood, so we enjoyed a warm fire every night. We will book again, and would recommend anyone with a family to book here also.

Clean, Close to attractions, and cozy. Questions answered swiftly, the bed was very soft I prefer a firm mattress but you can't fit everyones tastes. Would definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation

It has been a long time since weā€™ve stayed at Notch Estates, and it could not have been more perfect for our needs. The owners were great and the property is the most family friendly we have experienced around Branson. The cabin was perfect for our family of 5.

Easter Visit

We loved the cabin! It was so cozy, but also spacious enough for us to host Easter dinner! Loved the location as it's close to area attractions and our favorite outdoor BBQ joint "Come and Take It"! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the screened porch had nice seating. Check in was so simple and hosts were great! We hope to stay again!!

We started with nightly rental in 2003 before Airbnb existed. We started with a condo in Branson and worked up to 8 log cabins in Branson. We didn't go to any rental seminars to learn the business. We knew how we wanted to be treated and have always treated our guests like our place was indead their "home away from home". We have stayed in rentals where we had to go to Wal Mart and spend a couple hundred dollars just for the basics. Here is some of the things we decided should be in you home when you arrive. Coffee and filters, kleenex, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, zip loc bags, aluminum foil, note pads, sharpees, salt and pepper, and more. We like to say we furnish everything but food. We currently have 4 log cabins in Branson and 3 Lake Homes on Fort Gibson Lake, Oklahoma. Many of our guest consistently return time after time. Once you stay with us you don't need to look any further. Thank you for considering our place.
