Your family's home away from home! Step into this gorgeous, well maintained and young - 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo and enjoy all the amenities it has to offer you. Park your car and don't worry about having to drive anywhere during your stay. Walking distance to the boardwalk, beach and convention center. Take in all Wildwood has to offer- free beaches, movies on the beach, Friday night fireworks, Morey's Pier, water park, amusement rides, great restaurants, games, Fox Run park, historical sites, and just a short drive away to Cape May and the free Cape May Zoo!

Condo was just painted and new bedroom floors installed May 2025! The condo has a master bedroom with private full bathroom, two guest bedrooms, full guest bathroom with bathtub, a large open living and dining area with a futon sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer, cable, wifi, a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, and two outdoor showers to rinse off after a day at the beach. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom as well as the living room. There's off street parking for three cars (a two car garage & one additional spot in driveway) and you can also find beach necessities in the garage for you to use throughout your stay (cooler, umbrella, toys, beach cart, beach chairs & boogie boards).

Included in all summer 2025 rentals: usage of a beach box located on the beach! Box is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, sunbrella tent, toys & boogie boards! Forget the hassle of carrying everything to the beach and back every time!

**Families only, must be over 25 years old to rent. No prom, senior weeks, high school or college groups allowed as it is against HOA policies.
**Linens/blankets not provided, please bring your own towels, sheets, blankets and toiletries.

Great Stay in Wildwood

Excellent communication with the owner. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The beach box was very convenient. Had a great time.

We were looking for a place close to the convention center for a basketball tournament for my 16-year-old son. This house was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and was a short walk to the boardwalk. The weekend was great and we had a blast. The beach box is Brillant, I’ve never seen anything like it. It was amazing being able to walk to the beach without carrying 1 million things. Thank you, Cristina for being such a wonderful host.

Conveniently located

Overall The property was clean and neat. But the front door was dirty where people would push it open. In the main bedroom the ceiling fan and curtains was very dusty. There was no clear information on if the trash cans go on the street or sidewalk or in front of the garage. Other than that all information was very clear. I could stay there again. The owner was very attentive to my questions and responded right away. The area was peaceful.

End of July Stay

Wildwood condo

This was our first time staying at a condo through VRBO, so we were a little nervous of the listing matching the property. The condo was larger than we expected, it was stocked more than we expected down to dish soap, laundry detergent, you name it! Christina (the host) was super communicative leading up to, and during our stay! The location was the perfect distance to everything. We never had to use our cars! The garage had more than enough room, so we could keep our bikes and beach wagon locked up instead of leaving them in our truck. We will definitely stay again!

Weekend at the shore

My family and I had a great time staying at the condo. The property manager kept us updated at all time on the check in time, so we were able to check in as soon as the property was cleaned. We were only walking distance from everything that we need. I would definitely book this location again the next time I plan a trip to the shore.

Great Stay!

This condo was clean and had the essentials. Check in was smooth. Communication on what to bring was clear. We had a minor inconvenience with our WiFi being out, but the owner rectified it quickly.

Outstanding stay

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience at this property. Everything in the house is like new and works great. The washer and dryer are large. There are so many things to borrow for the beach. This was my first vacation taking grand children along, so having the wagon and the beach cart to use was so helpful. The house was neat and clean and in great condition. Christina’s communication was always fast. She answered all my questions from the time we booked till the time we got there. So many extra things to use that we wouldn’t have needed to take along, like dish soap and hand soap. The kitchen has everything you could need. Like others have said, everything is in walking distance. I literally did not move my car for the week. I would highly recommend this location. Thanks for a great vacation experience. I would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent Experience

One of the best VRBO experiences yet! Highly recommend staying here. Exactly as pictured/described. Shorter walk to the beach/boardwalk than I had expected. Check-in/out could not have been easier!

Quick getaway

The whole process from start to finish was flawless. The owner Christina was very quick with responses and answered any and all questions. She made the place feel like "home". It was clean, decorated like a true beach house, and she even allowed us to use things in the garage like beach wagons, strollers and other items to make my life easier. I definitely would recommend, and anticipate returning next year!

Great Wildwood location

Fantastic condo within walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. Plenty of space in the 3 bedrooms and living room to sleep 8. Free parking in the driveway/garage as well as nearby street was easy. Overall a great experience, would book again!

Memorable Memorial Day weekend

We had an amazing stay here. It was just the right size for me and a few teens. Christina was so helpful, very thorough with instructions, and patient with us. The location was Great. Close to boardwalk, restaurants, drugstore and variety stores. No need to worry about last minute items you forgot to pack.Everything you need it may have forgotten you can buy within walking distance. The driveway and and garage area is a little tight. I just unloaded with girls quickly and parked the car in garage and didn’t move again until check out. Really no need to with everything so close I would absolutely stay again

A great girls weekend

Great location, nice apartment and fantastic host. Christina was very easy to work with and extremely helpful through the process. We had a great girls trip! Easily walkable to the boardwalk and quick drive to Cape May.

Our stay was great! House was located close to the wildwood boardwalk, beach and convention center.

The host was easy to reach. Only negative I would say is that you park in the front of the house and the entrance is in the back up a large flight of stairs. Luckily we only stayed a few days so we didn’t have too much to carry.

TROG Getaway

The fam came down for our yearly trip to TROG. The weather was terrible and the races were cancelled but we made the best of it! The rooms were spacious and our host was great!! We had great communication leading up to our stay and while we were there. I would LOVE to be able to make this where we stay every TROG visit!!!

Wildwood NJ

Location, location, location. We went to Wildwood to see the Beach Boys at the Wildwood Convention Center, and this property was a short 2 block walk to the concert. It is a great location for the beach and boardwalk also. We slipped down to Cape May and up to Stone harbor will we were there, so it is a great location for hitting all the beach locations. Christina the host was extremely attentive and communicated with us continuously while we were on our way and while we were there. My only word of caution is that there are a flight of stairs to access the unit, we were aware of this at booking so we were prepared. Many many thanks to Christina for her kindness in hosting us.

1st Family vacation stay

This year we blended our families and had our first family vacation. The apartment was in the perfect location and the rest of our 3 families were located on the same block. Friendly neighbors and our host was amazingly nice, and accommodating. We for sure will be doing this every year!!!

Nice Property in a great location

Nice spacious unit which was in a great location. One issue was that I could hear the people upstairs walking around and they were noisy well into the wee hours of the morning. Also note you are getting unit #4, end unit that has a dilapidated property to look at while on the deck. They also had a really loud parrot. Overall we had a good experience.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

I chose this property and location because of the proximity to all the attractions that Wildwood has to offer. Personally, I like the ease of walking to my destinations or if necessary, a quick Uber ride to North Wildwood or the end of the Crest. The condo was built in 2005, so you'll get a more modern feel as soon as you pull up in the driveway. The condo is spacious, tastefully decorated, and you'll know you're down the beach as soon as you walk through the front door!

I want to make sure you don't need to pack your entire house for your stay here at my home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you could need (utensils, dishes, pots/pans, wine glasses, mugs, coffee marker, Keurig, toaster, waffle maker, etc) so all you need to do is bring the food & beverages! Everything that you could need for the beach is all stored in the garage- boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, sand toys & a beach cart.
