• Selfie ID Verification Required – Guests must provide a selfie with their ID, confirm the names and ages of all adults, verify their payment method (if applicable), and sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking or before arrival, whichever is sooner.
• Primary booker must be 25+ years old. We do not accommodate groups primarily under 25 years old or local guests within 25 miles. This policy supports our commitment to a peaceful, no-party community.
• No parties or events. Quiet hours enforced after 9 PM. Only registered guests are permitted.

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
