Iconic Marina Sol Resort condos, this is a 1 bdrm unit, 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer in unit! Downtown! 2-4 mins to EVERYTHING! This WAS a 2 bdrm condo, that's shut off into a 1 bdrm, 2 bathroom condo so it's much larger than all other 1 bdrm condos you can rent in Marina Sol. Please don't try to compare this with the other smaller units in Marina Sol! We also have a NEW washer & dryer!
We are in the A building, where the main lobby is and security, 2nd restaurant, the market, bar, concierge AND 2 ELEVATORS, and the parking lot! Our condos faces the awesome POOL/spa, clubhouse, BEAUTIFUL courtyard/gardens, restaurant, all the great features inside of MarinaSolA307.
This condo's master bathroom was just remodeled. Laundry center added.
Nice, large easterly facing terrace on 3rd floor! Wonderful views as listed above that help make your vaca that much more enjoyable! The terrace runs distance of the living room & master bdrm. There's a awesome 8' bar table and backed stools to make evening cocktails, breakfasts, dinners and even lunches relaxing and sometimes entertaining by watching what's happening down below!
There's a separate living room with a nice sectional w/chaise lounge, a double electric recliner, 65" TV with everything station wise,networks across America, all sports, movie channels, and so on. The standard 1 bdrm condos are all jammed together, many not having a dining table, either. Ours has the kitchen (w/purified water for drinking AND to the ice machine. (3 filters & UV light system) similar to the high end residential homes thru-out Los Cabos. We have it all!!
Without a doubt, this condo is 2nd to none!
If you've stayed at Marina Sol there's nothing more for me to say! If not, then know, ½ the condos in A building have UGLY views over empty lots, building, the mall parking, etc... while we look over the resort courtyard.
We offer transportation services. We have a vehicle(s) that's available to rent, though it's not needed.
2 mins to new WalMart, 3 to Chedraui Super, restaurants galore, Medano beach & all the beach bars 4 mins, Baja Brewing's rooftop restaurant and watering hole overlooking the bay & sea, ocean, all the boats and yachts coming/going in the marina, cruise ships, the beach!
Hands down, the perfect place for your vaca especially if you like space!

Location! Location! Location!
Condo was very clean, and pretty much as described. Great location! 5 minute walk up and down hills to Medano Beach, with all of its offerings, and a quick 10 minute walk to the marina! Would recommend.
