Located on the Marina, in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, Marina Cabo Plaza, with its friendly and knowledgeable staff, offers a hassle free opportunity to explore nearly all of Cabo San Lucas without ever getting into a vehicle: The center of town with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, Puerto Paraiso shopping mall, etc is a 'stones throw' away along the boardwalk (Malecon). A short, 5 minute, stroll in the other direction, to Medano Beach, embarks upon unlimited water related activities, restaurants, resorts, clubs, etc. Marina Cabo Plaza, one of the original vacation establishments of Cabo San Lucas, provides a simple, modest and authentic Baja experience for the active traveler. As such , we, the owners, are more than happy to contribute to the success of your vacation and will gladly share specific recommendations that are catered specifically to your vacation objectives.

This Studio Suite is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible a privately secured entrance and 1 flight of stairs. Situated on the harbor side of the Marina Cabo Plaza complex, the condominium boasts a very large oversized secluded patio with exceptional views of the of the harbor and beyond. This Studio suite features a full bath, oversized private patio, queen size bed, fully equipped kitchenette, commercial air conditioning units, ceiling fans,free dedicated WIFI, cable t.v., 12' high ceiling, etc. The Studio is well maintained and is constantly being upgraded (see photos below).

If you like the idea of being centrally located while having the option to retreat to a private, secure, no hassle environment this suite is absolutely perfect. As we are the owners we don't have hidden costs, extras, or additional overhead items you would typical find through resort,timeshare or agent bookings.

The place was very clean and had all the amenities needed for your stay! It is beautifully located in the center of the marina for people and boat watching from the patio or deck! Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Loved our stay.

Great time at the marina!

My husband and I had the best time staying here for a few days. We loved the easy walk to nearby bars, restaurants and the beach. We took a couple of boat trips (saw a TON of whales and dolphins) and a day trip to Todos Santos. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't wait to go back. The check-in process was incredibly easy, the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

The place had a wonderful view of the marina. We watched the boats coming and going from the deck. We also had a great view of the sunset over the mountain. The facility was close to everything we wanted to do. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Great Location

We stayed for 8 days at the end of April. We walked everywhere never needed a car or Uber to get places. We would stay here again in the future. It was quiet and secure, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I loved the condo; it was...

I loved the condo; it was comfortable, clean, safe and most important - the PERFECT LOCATION! I was able to walk everywhere, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. I'm hoping to return to Cabo very soon and will stay here again!!

Nice location with all the amenities and close to the activities/action

Nice studio apartment overlooking the marina. Large sun deck with lounge chairs to sunbath should you choose not to go to the beach. Great location to watch the sunset/marina ongoings. Close to all the activities and Medano beach. Well equipped with all the amenities required. Would stay here again

Perfect!

Just got done staying at mikes place and it is quite simply put a perfect place to stay. Its walking distance to the best beaches, shopping, and nightlife. Aside from the condo I think Mike does an excellent job of satisfying the tenants. I will most certainly come back to stay again

Room was better than we expected, totally redone. The deck was big and great for sitting out to have breakfast and later for happy hr. Just watchin the boats go by, and amazing after dark listening to music from the clubs in the distance. Great excess to beach , bars restaurants. Would stay again for sure. Host Mike was great with giving us A run down in E- mails on what to expect prior to trip. Top marks for location

Marina home base

Mike’s place was great as a home base for my wife and I to explore the Marina together for a few days after a friend’s wedding a few miles north. The renovated interior, large balcony, pool deck, and central location were all impressive. My only complaint probably applies to all properties near the Marina, but the noise from the nightclubs carries surprisingly far and until 3am, some of which we could still hear with the doors closed, but not enough to keep us awake after busy days exploring the area.

Location, location, location

The marina condo is amazing, the sliding glass door opens all the way across the wall, leaving us with uninterupted views and sounds of area. Super fun for people watching and boat watching without having to sit with all of the other vacationers and vendors. Every evening we would retire to the large balcony with some drinks and snacks from the store just beneath us, and watch the sunset while the large birds circled overhead. The condo was so comfortable: water to drink, great bed, lounge chairs for naps in the sun. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to relax yet still be in the fun of all the events of the marina.

Pefect Location

We Just got back from Cabo!! The condo was wonderful and had a large patio where we spent alot of time watching the boats, people ,eating and just relaxing.. The location cant be beat we walked everywhere to the beaches, restaurants, bars and markets . Mike was wonderful and gave us so many wonderful recommendations , he always answered my emails quickly and made this trip so fantastic . Don't think about it just book it and you will love it we are already planning when we can come back ....Thanks again Mike

Not able to see

I had booked one of Mike's condo's months ago but due to unforeseen house repairs, I had to cancel. He quickly refunded my deposit. During the booking process, Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful as I was going to be traveling alone. I hope to be able to book with him in the future

Great place

I went to Cabo as a single women and I stayed in Mike’s units for 2 weeks in March 2010. Dealing with Mike was reassuring as he gave me all kind of tips, good recommendations and was always pleased to answer my questions. His suggestion about the shuttle from & to the airport was fantastic. These people were nice, professional and reliable. I was so pleased when I arrived to the unit. The place is charming, safe, clean and the location is the best. 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, to many restaurants, to grocery shopping and night life. The people on site were very welcoming & helpful. Thank you Mike, you now have one more repeat client to be !

GREAT VIEW AND LOCATION, VERY NICE, CLEAN STUDIO CONDO...

Situated on the Cabo marina, this property has everything you need as a launching pad for your adventures. It is a studio, so it is quite compact, but it was perfect for this solo traveler. It would also work for a close couple, but it isn't meant to be a place to hang out in all day...although the nice balcony allows you to watch all of the boat action in the marina. The cruise ships unload on the other side of the marina, about a mile walk, which keeps the crowds down on the condo's side of the marina. Much nicer than the photos suggest, as it has been completely renovated and updated. You have everything you need, and the place was spotless when I arrived. The desk help are super friendly and accommodating. The place feels very secure, on the second floor with a locking security gate on the street level. Overall, highly recommended, worked out great for this fisherman.

Marina Cabo Plaza Condo Marina View

My stay at MCP was great.I stayed during the month of March and everything in the condo worked,was clean,and close to all attractions and activities. The staff was very helpful and always willing to make my stay comfortable. The balcony has a great view of the marina and a nice warm breeze. My favorite pass time was watching how the sports fishing fleets did for the day.MCP is so close the fishing fleet I recommend it to fishermen. (no need for cabs, easy to move coolers, tackle, buy fishing licenses and last minute items) The fishing during this time as always was great catching over 10 marlin, 15 dorado,and a few tuna With the Govita #7 who I fish with for over 15 years.Marina Cabo Plaza has been and will be my stay for future trips to Cabo. I highly recommend Marina Cabo Plaza. Mike the owner is very helpful and accomodating when making reservations. Thanks Mike and all the staff at Marina Cabo Plaza.
