Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear that the pool temperature did not meet your expectations upon arrival. We wanted to clarify what happened so future guests reading this have the full picture. The home was occupied right before your stay, and the previous guests turned the pool heater off completely when they checked out the same day you arrived. Because of this, we were unfortunately unable to pre-heat the pool in advance, as we normally do. As soon as you arrived and contacted us, the heater was turned on, but since the outside temperatures were cooler during your stay, a fully cold pool can take 24–48 hours to reach the desired temperature. This is especially true during colder weather. We completely understand your disappointment, especially since the heated pool was an important factor for your booking. We always do our best to ensure a warm pool for arrival, but in this case the timing and weather made it difficult.
