You’ll find cozy vibes, comfy furniture, and a kitchenette ready for snack attacks or light meals. Whether you're catching a flight, exploring Austin, or just need a quick, comfy spot to crash—this place has you covered. Easy, cute, and perfectly located for your getaway!

The one bedroom home is set on a lot with three homes. It has an ensuite bathroom plus a half bath. We would welcome a third guest for sofa sleeping.

While there is not a full kitchen, the ktichen-ette has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishes.

It is a very comfy stay with easy access to downtown and the airport!



No Smoking Indoors:
Please keep all smoking outside. We like to keep the air fresh and clean for everyone.

Quiet Hours:
From 10 PM to 7 AM, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum. This helps us be good neighbors and ensures everyone gets a good night’s rest.

Respect the Space:
Please treat the house and everything in it with care. Accidents happen—just let us know if something breaks or goes wrong.

Only Registered Guests:
For everyone’s safety and comfort, please don’t invite unregistered guests to stay over.

Clean Up After Yourself:
We don’t expect you to deep clean, but tidying up after yourself is always appreciated. Dishes, crumbs, and spills especially!

Lock Up:
When you leave the house, please make sure to lock all doors and windows.

Check-out Time:
Check-out is by 11 AM. This gives us time to prepare the space for the next guest.
