The house was great - very clean, very well stocked, game building was an excellent addition. I wish there had been a notebook or something to highlight things in the area or something of that nature - but that is the ONLY thing I would say.

Christmas at the big house

We had an incredible time! It was a beautiful home, fully equipped for all of us plus so much more! The owners have thought of everything to make it comfortable and entertaining!! We highly recommend this home!

Family wedding

We had family members traveling from several areas, so we decided to find a rental home. This place accommodated our family very nicely, and truly surpassed our expectations!!! We didn’t have to find things to do as the “backyard” had several outdoor games and places to just sit and enjoy the view!

Secluded and beautiful

We couldn’t have been more pleased and impressed with this beautiful and private home. There was plenty of room for 16 adult family members with activities consisting of ping pong, fishing, grilling and visiting/partying in a wonderfully appointed patio area. Reality incredibly exceeded expectations. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Best place ever in Texas

We enjoyed everything! Matt was so responsive to all of our questions. He even brought out an inflatable kayak for the kids to play with in the pond. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly think of, which made it very convenient for our family reunion. The decor was based on authentic Texas flair and holidays (4th of July for us), making it very festive. Best VRBO rental experience we’ve ever had! We highly recommend this home!

Fantastic Ranch Retreat

Our extended family truly enjoyed our Thanksgiving Reunion at this fantastic Ranch house. The scale of this house does not show in the photos-it was plenty roomy for 4 families. The kitchen was stocked with everything one could possibly need. The mud room had tons of games to keep adults and kids entertained. The house is beautifully decorated and feels very comfortable, warm and homey. The detached grill/rec room had additional restrooms, tv, extra frig, and games such has large scale Jenga and connect 4. We saw a large group of turkeys and wild pigs. We caught bass in the fish pond. We would definitely rent again!

One of the Best vacation homes I have stayed in. Family came from Michigan and San Antonio to see my niece graduate. Had a great time. The house was stocked with everything we may have needed or forgotten. The teens and adults alike had a wonderful time with all the games available. We will definitely book this rental again.

Perfect Property

What an amazing house and property! There was so much to do there, we were always having fun. We played corn hole and bocce ball and jenga. We fished in the pond, shot cans off an old stump, walked and hiked the 18 acres of land, cooked s’mores out in the fire pit, sat around the indoor fireplace and watched the big game on Thanksgiving weekend and gathered for many meals all together at the beautiful and very large kitchen/dining table. The house had everything you could need. Sheets, towels, silverware, laundry room with full size washer and dryer and an awesome kitchen. Spacious rooms and plenty of beds. Large bathrooms too! The outdoor room was the best. We gathered out there and were mesmerized by the view of the pond and property. It had games, seating, a second refrigerator/freezer, grill and 2 more bathrooms. Plenty of parking spaces out front and great backdrops for family photos everywhere you turned. This place had it all! The owner was easy to contact and was very responsive. We loved our Thanksgiving vacation at this property and are sure to return! Oh and it is close to Lake Texoma so we even chartered a fishing trip while there. Rent this place for a fun filled yet relaxing vacation home with all the amenities!

Great for large family vacations

We had 22 adults & kids at the house during our family Christmas celebration. We had plenty of room to spread out without ever feeling cramped. This house is one of the most equipped houses we’ve ever rented! It has it all. The kids LOVED the outdoor pavilion/game room! It was so nice for them to be outside even when it rained one day. The pond and land was beautiful and allowed for all kinds of outdoor games and activities. The bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious, with high quality linens and furnishings. The pictures don’t do it justice! We would definitely stay here again! The only small suggestion we could make would be to add another couch/seating area in the living room so there’s more room for people to gather. Thank you Matt for allowing us to share your wonderful home for a weekend!

Beautiful home in the great outdoors

Our family of 14 was very comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The outdoor game room was perfect for football watching and grilling. We will definitely book again!

Family Reunion

Great house that is ideal for large groups....we had 16 including our 6 grandchildren for our annual reunion. We rent a VRBO home every year and this among the best equipped with an abundance of supplies like we have never seen before. Property Manager is responsive and wonderful to deal with. Beautiful 18 acres with many trees and an ideal setting to relax with friends and family. The outdoor game room is spectacular with a big screen TV, fireplace, gas grill & a Big Green egg, king-size fridge, bathrooms, etc. It was a 5 Star experience for our family. Close to convenience stores and a Walmart, by the way. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Weekend

Matt was very generous, responsive and accommodating. Details about the property were fantastic and our families loved every minute. Wonderful place that is beautiful, peaceful and quiet- our kids had an amazing weekend being kids. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Matt for everything.
