Blue Mesa Lodge 33AB is a one bedroom, two bath condo perfect for summer holidays and ski vacations. It is luxuriously equipped, with 3 queen beds and 2 baths – one with a steam shower. Two decks and 2 entrances, and a full kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen with serving sets for 4+

Ski in, ski out to lifts 1,4,10. A 2 minute walk to the gondola station, ski school and ticket office. In the heart of Mountain Village, with pubs, restaurants and shops all nearby.

The condo has two queen beds in the bedroom and a pull-down Murphy bed in the living room. Two wide screen cable TV’s, with an Apple TV connection for Netflick and other movie services. Private WiFi. One car heated basement parking in an elevator building, with a 6 foot 8 inch max auto height. A ski locker in a ground floor changing room and a free laundry. On-site management. A beautiful condo in the most desirable location in the Mountain Village pedestrian center!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay very much! The parking garage was very easy and convenient under the building, and the condo was even more spacious than I envisioned. The lockers in the building were also incredibly convenient and plenty of space in them. Lastly the location to the slopes was great-I would be happy to rent this condo again!

Blue Mesa Lodge condo - clean & accessible

Property manager, Keith, has great properties all over Telluride. He provided us with checkin details at time of booking. We did not have to reach out to him at any point since we had all the details we needed for our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, safe and close to the lifts and restaurants. Everything worked and we had all we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms for our stay. We would happily stay here again when we come back to Telluride.

Perfect location

Perfect location just minutes from the Gondola. Clean property, very comfortable and outfitted well. Nice to have your own parking place in Mountain Village! We enjoyed our stay!

Stay at Blue Mesa in Mountain Village

We had a great stay at this property - the size of the space was great, with two living areas, two bathrooms, and two patios! The place wasn't super clean upon arrival - trash leftover and some dirty counter/table tops. Other than that, everything was great, and I would recommend a stay at this property!

Great Property

As advertised and more. Travelled to Telluride with my wife and two teenagers. Plenty of room for all. Property was nice, clean and convenient to everything Telluride has to offer. Owner provided detailed instructions and answered questions quickly. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

Steps away to the lifts at mountain village. Close to restaurants, both casual and fine dining. Also right by the ski school. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Awesome steam shower. Very accessible owner. Had a great time and will be back

Perfect Summer Telluride Getaway!

LOCATION +++ First of all, you park your car in the parking garage and you don’t even need it again until you leave! The gondola takes you into the town of Telluride at no cost. The rental was impeccably decorated and very comfy for our family. It had everything we needed for meals etc. very comfy and just perfect. Keith was on property if we were to need anything. Extremely helpful and accommodating. We loved Mountain Village and Telluride and can’t wait to return!

Comfortable accommodations, excellent location

This property is in Mountain Village right near chair 4, or you can ski down to chair 10. Tough to beat the location. The room was comfortable,with plenty of space to spread out, and a small kitchen. This room has been refurbished, and nicely decorated.

Perfect location and great unit

This unit is just steps from the Mountain Village, free gondolas to take you to the other villages, lifts, and several restaurants. The unit itself is well done with everything we needed (except ESPN to watch bowl games). Keith was very helpful in getting us situated on arrival and was there with a light for us when the electricity happened to go out for a bit! We literally did not need to use our car once we got parked in the heated garage! Great place.

Just Perfect

WE LOVE Telluride and this condo is the perfect location, layout, level of luxury all at a reasonable price. This unit is very nice with extremely comfortable master suite and very functional living room and kitchen. Recently remodeled and well thought out. Gives you the feel of luxury hotel suite. Keith made the rental extremely easy, probably the easiest vacation rental I have every done. Very straight forward without a lot of fees, etc... He is also lives at BML. This property is hard to beat and a popular unit so book it if you can.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

33AB capacity is 4 adults, not more. No pets, no smoking, no bikes, skis/boards in the condo. Please no shoes on the carpets. 33AB is recently and very nicely renovated and furnished. We keep it maintained at a high standard and expect guest to do so too. Thank You!
