Despite hurricane Ian our house is ready to rent. The beach is coming back to life. The beach has been revitalized, over 25 restaurants and bars are open and jet skiing, parasailing, and fishing are back. The Publix grocery store is open. Please come and support our beach as we recover from Hurricane Ian.


Welcome to your dream house on the beach. Casa Mia is a newer house directly on the beach with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the most spectacular sunsets in the world. Our house is perfect for couples or families. Casa Mia is approximately 3000 sq ft. with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The house comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. The exterior is tastefully designed with a Key West style. Walk right out to the beach from your private patio. Enjoy the picturesque sunsets, the calm beach waters and sounds of the waves and ocean. Watch dolphins play, collect seashells in abundance, revive the mind, body and soul. Unfortunately our hot tub washed away with the hurricane and we are hesitant to replace it at this time.

The interior is beautifully decorated in Tommy Bahama style furnishings and include granite, tray ceilings and numerous ceiling fans for accent flair. Casa Mia boasts an absolutely stunning master suite with built-in Jacuzzi with candle light accents and walk-in closet. Living and Family areas have flat screen TV's, WIFI, cable and multi-level balconies. The private elevator offers convenience and ease for groceries, luggage and pure vacation mode. This property is the ULTIMATE LUXURIOUS beach home! Our house is located mid island and is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Fort Myers Beach offers miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of water sports including jet-skiing, parasailing, swimming, fishing, and boating. (Jet-ski and boat rentals are available.) And there is a community swimming pool with water slides. All of these activities are within walking distance of our house. And there is world-class golfing nearby.

The upper floor has a large master suite with a king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You will have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island, and spectacular sunsets. The bathroom is large with a walk in double jet shower. There is a large jacuzzi tub in the Master Suite.There is a 55' HD LED television in the room. The large private balcony provides gorgeous views of our world renowned beaches and sunsets. There is an oversize reclining chase on the balcony for your relaxation. There are his and her sinks and a large walk in closet. You can open the windows and doors to enjoy the gentles breezes and sounds of the ocean waves. Perfect for relaxation.

The second bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed, private full bathroom, walk in closet and a HD TV and DVD player.

The third bedroom located on the main floor has a queen-size bed, 45' HD TV and with a private bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a full size sleeper sofa on the landing.

The kitchen is gourmet in every design with breakfast bar and state of the art stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, glass cooktop, oven, coffee maker and more. All necessary cookware, drinkware and dinnerware is available. The spice bar is loaded and all the gadgets you'll need are here whenever you are cooking in. We also have a weber gas grill for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine out, there are many restaurants nearby.

The family room has very comfortable furniture, a 65 inch HD TV and cable TV. The sofa contains a queen size sleeper sofa.

There is a large balcony with dining table and chairs off the dining area. This area is perfect in the morning to enjoy breakfast and watch the dolphins swim off shore, sometimes swimming within 10 feet of the shore. This is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet dinner with a glass of wine while enjoying our spectacular sunsets.

There is a beautiful large patio on the ground level with a large dining table and many chairs and sofas. There are beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the patio and your own private walkway to the beach.

Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and heating, a full-size washer and dryer, along with bed and bath linens. Beach chairs and beach towels are available for you to use. There are wagons and coolers on wheels provided to get your things to the beach. The beach is a short 10 second walk from our house. There are restaurants and beach activities such as parasailing and banana boat rides within a short distance . The downtown Times Square entertainment district is 2 miles away by trolly ride or drive from our house. There you will find many excellent outdoor restaurants and bars, both gulf side and on the back bay. There is an information book in the house which provides information on what to do, where to go and best restaurants. The free beach trolley stops in front of our house.

We do not provide bikes, there are numerous bike rentals on the beach.

A new Publix Supermarket is a block away and a drugstore, movie theater, and shopping are minutes away by car or island trolley. Behind the Publix is the Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro restaurants along with the back bay marina where there are boat rentals. Please review our collection of local restaurant menus and brochures describing Fort Myers Beach and nearby tourist activities.

Driving times to major cities include: Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and Bonita Springs (15 minutes); Naples (30 minutes); Miami and Tampa (two hours); and Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Cape Canaveral (approximately three hours).
