Luxury at an affordable price!! Enjoy the most conveniently located resort in park city. This 1 bedroom condo is well maintained, cozy, and ready for your ultimate vacation. It comes fully equipped with new bedding and towels. All the kitchen utensils needed to make it your home away from home and laundry machines if needed. Also, enjoy the NEW queen size Tempurpedic bed with 500 thread count sheets. For your guests or little ones the pullout hideaway couch. Also, newly added twin sleeper chair for the fifth wheel of your party. We've included digital cable with extended channels and Encore. Flat screen tv's located in living and bedroom for your enjoyment. We have provided a few movie titles for you and your young ones and newly added NETFLIX. FREE WIFI INCLUDED. After a long day enjoy the cozy gas fireplace. On the nice afternoons you may choose to grill on the walkout patio.

The Red Pine Condos are conveniently located 3 miles North of Historical Park City. A stones throw to Park City Ski Resort and Deer valley. Also, a short 45 min drive to Little Cottonwood Canyon to enjoy Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird.

Enjoy Many activities nearby, including: Skiing, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Horseback Riding, Hot air Balloon, etc... The list goes on with this wonderfully located condo. For the enthusiast be sure to sign up for helicopter skiing located mid mountain at the canyons resort.

Located directly at the the Red Pine Condos are 2 wonderfully heated outdoor pools. 2 outdoor hot tubs and 1 indoor hot tub. Also, finish up with a hot sauna located in the clubhouse. The Pool/Clubhouse are located 100 yards away from our K3 Unit.

During the summer months enjoy the newly remodeled tennis courts and the SOON to come Golf course!

Everything was great. Condo has everything you need and great location. Easy walk to pooland hot tubs and shuttle to and from the mountain is a piece of cake. Willstay again!

Ski Break 2025

Enjoyed the condo and very close to the ski lift in Canyon Village. We usually ski Deer Valley but will definitely come back to the Canyons. Thanks Scott for your input and help.

Scott sent me check in instructions before the trip began; using the app, and getting in, was a breeze. Once in, the unit functioned as it should, and everything was in place, plenty of utensils, and amenities to facilitate the trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Ski Trip

Property was as advertised. Parking was always available in front of the apartment. Drive to gondola parking lot was less than 5 minutes. Kitchen with plenty of kitchenware, utensils and condiments. Convenience of washer/dryer to dry and clean clothes. WiFi and large TV in living room and bedroom was great. Very enjoyable stay!

Perfect place to stay, relax and ski.

A ski condo with free shuttle access and the convenience of a dishwasher, washer, and dryer offers an excellent balance of comfort and practicality. You gain the spaciousness and amenities of a condo, including a kitchen and living area, perfect for family, without the immediate on-slope premium. The free shuttle is a lifesaver, eliminating icy drives and parking headaches.Community heated pool and spa is a huge plus as well. Park City is about 10 min away and services like UBER or city bus are accessible here. If you prioritize value, flexibility, and the comforts of home, this setup provides a convenient and cost-effective ski vacation.

Great property close to canyons village with convenient CV Connect shuttle service. Simple check in process with electronic door lock. Well stocked condo with essentials such as coffee filters, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and toiletries. Owner very responsive to any issues that arise. 5/5

Nice place, no view

Well-appointed unit. Liked everything. It's not large, but it's adequate for 2-4 people. Didn't realize that it is a basement unit, but we spent few daylight hours in the room, so it was OK. Would stay there again. Red Pine condos are a good value in our experience, this place is a good example. Very handy. Sleeper sofa better than most, nice memory foam mattress on sofa & bed. Would stay again.

There are no basement units at Red Pine. My unit is a walk out with a small view to the tip top of the canyons mountain from the patio door.

Great value and location

We certainly enjoyed the stay. Netflix was great but the internet was intermittent frequently. If you turn off the unit then on again it fixes the issue. The previous vacationers were not kidding about the upstairs tenants. Sometimes it sounded like they were moving furniture around for a hour or so. You could always tell when they were home. Spa was nice. We did use it once. Gondola was free to travel up to the canyons and back. Used it often. 7 eleven on property was convenient. There is some lingering fish smell in the fridge or freezer. Bothersome and hopefully the owner can find the issue. We used the washer and dryer and they worked great. Definitely recommend for the price.

I will be looking into this smell right away. But, typically it's the water smell of snyderville basin. It has a sulfur smell and people not from the area aren't used to it. Also, I have discussed the noise with the upper owner multiple times. Quiet hours are 7am - 10pm. If they don't abide by this I would suggest calling the police department to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, due to the construction style of these units the sound travels through the floor easily.

Great location for Canyons access

This condo is close to Canyons Village and the village connect shuttle was super easy to use. The space was comfortable for 3 but we fit a total of 4. It would be tight for 5 but doable. The lock was frustrating to use because you had to unlock/lock from your phone. Space was fairly clean but some of the bedding and the dishes were not clean when we pulled them out to use. All the coat racks were super convenient to hang jackets and gear from. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect for a short getaway!

We had a great stay at this condo, perfect for what we needed. Loved that the couch and love seat were both pull outs, and they were very comfy. Well stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed. Laundry in the condo was SO convenient for washing clothes and drying wet hats and gloves. It is within walking distance to the gondola, might be a little far for some. We chose to drive to the parking lot rather than walk with all of our gear with the kids—parking was free! Pool and hot tub were at the clubhouse and not far, just caddy-corner across the street. Be forewarned, due to COVID restrictions when we were there a reservation is needed to use the pool or hot tub, but it wasn’t hard to get a spot if you call 24 hours ahead. Skiing was great, highly recommend!!

Great Place to stay

We celebrated my son's 13th birthday at Scott's wonderful place. Thank you for sharing it with us. He had never been skiing before and we had a great time. The place was the perfect size for the two of us. It was very clean. The gas fireplace kept the condo toasty. It worked too well as I had to turn it down a couple times. Scott was very responsive to my questions and provided us with a lot of information. It will go down as one of the best trips we've ever had. Thank you Scott.

Clean, Comfortable, well stocked

We go to Park City every year for Christmas and this was the first time we didn't stay at a resort location. This was a fantastic decision. We saved thousands of dollars, the condo was very well stocked with things that you often forget or expect a resort hotel to provide, like shampoo, soaps, etc. and the location was ideal and very well maintained. We came to ski and the location made it easy. The sleeper sofa was THE MOST comfortable I have every seen, not hyperbole, it really was fantastic and much appreciated. Extra sheets and blankets were plentiful, so were the towels, dishes, utensils, paper towels, etc. I really only have one very minor complaint and it didn't take anything away from our stay. There were DVDs to watch (supplied by the owner), but no DVD player that we could find. Other than that, fantastic and I highly recommend.

Newly renovated, everything you need, cozy

This was a great condo. It was only two of us staying here and there there was plenty of room. I have stayed in a few different condos in this red pine area and this one stood out. It had everything you could need, from kitchen supplies to cleaning supplies to even bags and tin foil to wrap up left overs. Two large flat screen TV. Internet fast. Heater in ceiling in bathroom kept you warm. Cozy fireplace. The keyless entry was a bit of a pain because it took awhile for the app to connect to it sometimes and it was battery dependent. Other than that a great stay and would 100% stay again. Thanks.

Red Pines K3

Many excellent features. Well equipped for 2, comfortable and everything works, except we had difficulties with “August” App keyless entry system and got locked out. Also bit of a hike to get to canyons base or the bottom of the Cabriolet lift/(parking lot) There is a free ride-hailing service but it takes about 15 min for them to respond. The walking shorter but can be hazardously icy. Owner (Scott) very gracious and accommodating.

Canyons condo

Great place and a very well stocked condo! Perfect for our family of 4. The walk to the lift was a bit further than we would have liked (walking in ski boots) but the second day walked in our shoes and all was well.

My wife and I Currently own 2 properties at Red Pine. We fell In love with Utah the very first time we traveled. We have been skiing Utah since 2005 and have never strayed. The summers are just as beautiful as the winter and have a great love the Utah landscape.

We were born, raised, and reside in Minnesota. We have hopes to move to Utah in the future. We met in College at a state school in Minnesota.

I am a General Contractor/Carpenter and have remodeled my units. They are maintained and cared for as if we were living in them. My wife helps me, especially, with budgets as she is a finance guru in her profession.

We believe we offer a clean luxurious vacation rental at a solid price. We are hopeful to have you enjoy our space.

The canyons is a convenient drive from SLC Airport. You can fly and ski on the same day. We fell in love with the convenience, snow, and the wonderful amenities of Park City.

We fell in love with this unit because it fits our needs perfectly. A young family of four. Also, the pool and clubhouse are a stones throw away. Great place to tire out our youngsters after a hard day of skiing.
