King Bedroom 1: Relax in this spacious king suite featuring an ensuite bathroom, smart TV, a dedicated desk for remote work 💻, and beautiful seasonal mountain views.
King Bedroom 2: Unwind in this cozy king bedroom with a smart TV and stunning mountain views to wake up to.
UPPER LEVEL:
King Bedroom 3: A private retreat with an ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and exclusive access to a deck overlooking seasonal mountain views—a perfect spot to savor your morning coffee.
King Bedroom 4: This charming king bedroom offers mountain views and a cozy space to recharge after a day of adventure.
Loft Bunk Room: The ultimate hangout for kids and adults alike, featuring two twin-over-full bunk beds and Insta worthy Whimsical Tree house mural! Perfect for group fun ! Please note the loft does not have a door and overlooks the living room below with light from large upper windows in the living room.
LOWER LEVEL:
Let the games begin in the lively game room with Air hockey, Pool table 🎱, theater room and arcade games. Take a dip in the private indoor pool 💦, or step onto the deck to relax in the hot tub.
With seasonal mountain views and endless amenities, this home is your ultimate mountain escape!

PLEASE NOTE:

-The pool is heated to 83 degrees throughout the year. It will feel room temperature rather than warm. For a warmer experience, we also have a separate hot tub available.
-Occupancy: 12 people max occupancy.
-Pets: We can accept 2 dogs with pet cleaning fee. Please add pets to your reservation and message us.
- RVs, camper vans, and trailers are not permitted per HOA rules.
-EV Charging Available
The property features an EV charger - a Tesla Universal Charger compatible with all electric vehicles.
-Signed rental agreement and security deposit are required within 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $500.00$ will be held 2 days prior to stay and released 7 days after stay if there is no damage.
-We’re surrounded by nature. It's part of the natural surroundings that make this area special. It's not uncommon to see wildlife like Deer, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Snakes, Mice, Rabbits, Birds, Bees, Ants, Spiders, Bats, and even the occasional Bear or Scorpion which can sometimes enter the house. We recommend keeping doors closed and food or trash properly secured.

Please refer to your cancelation policy + $150 processing fee. No refunds are issued for inclement weather barring mandatory evacuation. Getting Trip Insurance is highly recommended.
