Beautiful 4bd Townhome with spectacular Views of Mammoth Mountain on Snowcreek Golf Course. Minutes from Eagle Lodge, our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2-story townhome has been fully upgraded and offers a large open floorplan. Our family uses this townhome as our own vacation getaway. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large flat screen TV and gorgeous views of Mammoth Mountain. The master bathroom includes double sinks, soaking tub and a steam shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen TV and private bathroom. The Bunk Room has 2 triple bunk beds to accommodate 6 sleepers and includes a flat screen TV. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a full bathroom in the hall that is shared by the bunk room and 4th bedroom.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has been outfitted with top of the line appliances (Wolf, Subzero, Paykel and Fisher) and almost anything you would need to make your finest meal. The kitchen bar has seating for three and the cozy breakfast nook provides an additional seating for 4. The adjoining dining room seats eight with the two extra chairs in laundry room. Our living room boasts a 46' flat screen TV with DVD player and home theater system. The tuner offers an additional HDMI cable for your devices. The breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen and breakfast nook.

The roomy garage can house 1 car with space for an additional 2 cars in the driveway. There is plenty of extra garage space to store your ski/snowboard equipment, bicycles, and other toys.

We do not allow pets.

Well located and well appointed

Fit the bill for our group of 6 adults and 4 small children. Very comfortable furnishings and upscale appliances. Location was ideal for snow play.

Best stay in all of Mammoth

Great place for a big group, kitchen and seating areas plenty of space. Owners extremely nice and respond to all messages. House well stocked plenty of kitchen supplies

Beautiful home on the golf course

The house was very neat and tidy and had all the amenities that we would want for our stay. The 4 bedrooms are all well-appointed. The steam shower in the primary bath was particularly enjoyable after a day on the slopes. The kids enjoyed the backyard sledding down the gentle slopes. All in all, an outstanding property in an excellent location.

Beautiful getaway

The house was great, beds very comfortable. Housekeepers need to do a little better job. Owners were on vacation too, so communication was difficult. Overall was a great place. Would stay again.

Another great stay

This was our second consecutive year at the Snowcreek condo and we enjoyed it even more because all of our family was able to join us. The grandkids loved the six bed bunk bed room and the other adults liked the spacious guest rooms. The primary bedroom has the best view and plenty of room. Since the golf course was closed, our five grandkids had a great time playing catch, corn hole and Yardeze on it. The great room was perfect for lounging, playing cards and watching TV. Plenty of room to dine with the bar stools at the kitchen counter, the dinette set and the dining room table. With sunny, mid 70s weather, we spent a lot of time outdoors on the back deck, which faces the golf course. The guys were happy to have so much space to store bikes and fishing gear in the garage in addition to one car. Once we accessed the condo through the front door, we used the ground floor garage entrance for the rest of our visit. I think a below counter microwave drawer and two dishwasher drawers were new additions and worked great! The location is centrally located on Old Mammoth Road, which offers the easiest access to the Mammoth lakes and close to the Von’s shopping center. Another great year at the Snowcreek condo and we plan to be back next year!

Great place for a family

We come up to Mammoth every summer as an extended family. This home had the most beautiful view with a most amazing kitchen. We cook all our meals and always have to bring the essentials such as knives, towels, good pans, etc. This home has it all, even sharp knives. I'm grateful for this family for sharing their home. We will look for this place next year.

Excellent condo. Bright and airy. Plenty of room for our party of 12. Kids loved the dual triple bunk room. Kitchen had plenty of room for cooking. Shops, lifts, restaurants and groceries are all close by. Everybody had a great time. I’ll most definitely prioritize this property for our next mammoth trip.

Best cabin in all of Mammoth

This is now our second stay in this fully stock amazing cabin. Really close to ski lifts. Owner extremely accommodating. This cabin sleeps 12 people no problem with plenty of room. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked, we cook family style so a great kitchen is a must. If your looking for a great place for a big group this is definitely the cabin for you as it is now our families tradition every year.

Perfect Mammoth Vacation

The beautiful condo is located on the Snowcreek golf course with a view of Mammoth Mountain and convenient location to town & lakes. Lots of big windows let the light in & lend to the open feeling. I really liked the floor plan with the living area, kitchen, dining, laundry & half bath downstairs with access to the garage and backyard/golf course. The condo has a well equipped kitchen & plenty of storage in the panty and the refrigerator is large. Liked the Viking gas stove/oven and the dishwasher drawers. Living area L-shaped sofa was comfortable. Lots of places to eat & has a bar, with a sink, for keeping your liquor & wine. All of the beds were comfortable with cozy sheets & soft blanket & there were lots of windows to let fresh air & sunshine in as well as blinds & blackout shades to keep the bedrooms dark for a good night’s sleep. The kids enjoyed the 6 bunk beds! Really liked having charging units next to the bed as well as reading lamps. Great view from the master bedroom, too. The three bathrooms upstairs were very nice. Plenty of storage for clothes & belongings. Bath towels were thick & soft. We appreciated having Kleenex in all bedrooms, bathrooms & living areas. After 25 years of using a forest service cabin, our family of 11 has stayed in four different condos, some multiple years, during the last ten years. Although this condo was significantly more expensive than the other great condos, it was our family’s favorite!

Summer in Mammoth

This lovely home easily accommodated our multi-generational family of 9. Light and bright, over the years we have found many rentals in Mammoth to be dark with few windows. Well stocked with everything you need, including paper products. The deck off the back has a lovely view of Mammoth Mountain. Perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset behind the mountain. The garage was an added bonus, lots of space for bikes, scooters and fishing equipment. I recommend this home and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful condo, great location!

We had a great time staying here! The condo is very spacious, well-stocked. Our favorite thing was that the kids could go outside in the back and play in the snow, and when we were tired, we could relax inside and still watch them 😊. Would definitely recommend this for a family trip!!!

Great Mammoth House!

We had a wonderful time staying in this home! It was very cozy to come home to after a day of skiing, with state of the art appliances for cooking and very comfortable beds for sleeping! Very close to the mountain and restaurants, nice and safe area and the ease of parking and accessing the home made for a really great stay! Thank you again!

Gorgeous home close to everything!

My family had a wonderful time at this property. There was plenty of room for all of us and the 4 bedrooms and 3.5 half baths was a plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook for our family of 12 with great pots and pans galore. The hosts, Amy and Dave were amazing, very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Mammoth Summer Getaway

Our group of ten really enjoyed this home. Nice golf course and mountain views from back deck, great kitchen and a short drive to supermarkets. You can see the pride of ownership in this home. We hope to make a return visit in the near future.

Great location

Great property and location. Nice outside deck and grass area on the golf course. Great for outside entertaining. Clean and well appointed inside with lots of room. Beautiful kitchen and dining areas with good size bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate multiple guests.

Fantastic Mammoth home

We had an excellent time staying at this house. The location is unbeatable. Right by bike path and mountain bike trails and only short distance to groceries and restaurants. We had a large group and there was space for everyone and space outside for kids to run around. Very comfortable home. Easy communication with owner.
