Maison Rasco is self-check-in, stays are fully paid before arrival and access codes are sent confidentially by SMS and emails, for a smooth arrival with peace of mind. The Space:
Our one-bedroom double size bed suite is a loft apartment located on the 4th floor of the property, with a city view and a glimpse of the St. Lawrence River. The suite is approx. 350 SF, beautifully designed, with lots of natural light. The suite is fully equipped for short, medium and long stays. Laundry machines are located on the 4th floor and can be used between 8am and 10pm. We offer amenities through the stay such as shampoo, conditioner, body gel, hand soap, coffee pods, dish-washing soap, washing machine pods, and cleaning supplies.

Guest Access:
The access codes and wifi credentials are sent via SMS, email, and through the booking channel between 2pm and 3pm on the arrival day, provided full payment for the reservation is received, and check-in form has been submitted.

The Neighborhood:
Maison Rasco is located on the iconic St-Paul St. in the historic district of Old Montreal, which brings together Montrealer and visitors. The neighborhood has the perfect mixt of coolness and history. Some of the best and well-known restaurants & bars, and coolest shops are in Old Montreal. Everything is walking distance: restaurants, museums, cafes, terraces, shops, art galleries, etc. You can also easily commute with a Bixi, or by taking the metro. Old Montreal is the perfect destination to simply stroll around while admiring the architecture and soaking up local culture with its many entertainments. There is no doubt you will be fascinated by the surrounding beauty and the good vibe of Old Montreal.

Getting Around:
Everything is walking distance: restaurants, museums, cafes, terraces, shops, art galleries, etc. You will enjoy walking around in charming small alleys mixing history with modernity! You can also easily commute with a Bixi, or by taking the metro should you want to explore other neighborhoods of Montreal.

Luxury In Transit house rules:
⦁ Smoking is strictly prohibited in all suites and Luxury In Transit collection.
⦁ Loud music is not permitted.
⦁ Respect and quietude for other guests are part of our philosophy.
⦁ Occupancy of a one-bedroom suite is 2 people. Occupancy of a two-bedroom suite is 4 people. Any number of people exceeding the authorized occupancy is not permitted.
⦁ Any damage caused in a suite or within Luxury In Transit collection of homes will be the responsibility and expense of the guest for a new replacement of the damaged goods.

In the event of a breach of the rules, we reserve the right to expel the guest(s) at any time during their stay. Please note that the person who made the reservation is responsible for the suite from the day of arrival to the day of departure. If the booking was made for someone else, please mention it on the check-in form.
