The main living area features a cozy indoor fireplace and a state-of-the-art surround sound system that extends outdoors, setting the perfect mood for your vacation. A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a large island is ready for your culinary adventures.

The home comfortably accommodates your group across four private bedrooms:

Primary Suite (Second Floor): A luxurious sanctuary with a king-sized bed, spacious en suite bathroom, and French doors opening to the balcony for morning coffee and dolphin watching.
Second Suite (Ground Floor): A private bedroom with a king-sized bed and direct access to the outdoor patio.
Bunk Room: Ideal for kids or singles, this room includes four single beds and its own private bathroom.
Fourth Bedroom: An additional comfortable bedroom ensuring plenty of space for everyone.
The home welcomes up to two of your furry companions for an additional fee. For the safety and comfort of all our neighbors and guests, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot accommodate potentially aggressive breed types.
For your entertainment and convenience, the home also includes:

Ping pong table
A collection of board games
- No Smoking in the home. There are `butt pots` provided for your use outside.
- Do not park on Grass, there is a sprinkler system.
- Pets are allowed if guest has confirmed with host and paid pet fees. Any pet seen on property that was not confirmed with host will result in a $500 fine per pet and immedate termation of stay with no refund.
- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear or clothing into the home.
- Please close wooden door after entering or when leaving the premises. This protects the lock from the sun. Latch is located at the bottom from the inside of front door.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not touch or handle any Artwork on the premises.
- Do not use glass containers in or around the pool.
- Do not put patio furniture in the pool.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach towels have been provided for outdoor activities.
- Do not attempt to access the owners closet.
- Do not clean fish inside the home.
- Do open or use refrigerator/freezer in garage as this and all items belong to owners.
- Do use/play on Golf Cart. This is for owner use only.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.
- Do not park on grass. This home has sprinkler system.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee for a clogged disposal.
-Please abide with all TPW (Texas Parks and Wildlife) Laws and regulations for use of water equipment and fishing gear.
- Please pick up all dog waste out of front and back yard, bag and dispose of. If not done a min of $100.00 will be charged.
-Please make sure all kayaks are returned if used to proper location. Fee of $75 per kayak will be charged.
-Please make sure any and all toys and floats are removed from the pool and reurned to proper location. Fee of $75 will be charged.
