This lovely, modern and large 55m2 one bedroom apartment on the fourth floor is ideal for a romantic holiday. You wake up to the calm of the large garden of the residence and the sun rising over the water. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all open onto the 17m2 terrace where there is a large table and lounge furniture to enjoy the beautiful views of the marina, Antibes old town and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment is perfectly located with a 10 minute walk to the centre of Antibes and about 15 minute walk to the closest beach or you can also enjoy the large 25m pool in the residence.

Antibes is one of the prettiest historic towns on the French Riviera with its with narrow cobble-stoned streets, large city walls, and the aura of “Picasso once lived here”. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, small shops and a daily farmer's market. Antibes is right on the Mediterranean so you have all the beaches and water activities that you can imagine within a short walk. We also love the nearby mountains from 1 to 2 hours away you can do all manner of mountain activities including hiking, skiing, canyoning all depending on the season.

A really lovely, clean & modern property with a beautiful view. It was lovely being able to sit out in the evenings and have dinner on the very spacious balcony. We also loved the swimming pool and used it regularly. Washing machine and dryer also a big plus. It's worth noting that this is a quiet building shared with (what felt like) elderly neighbours so worth bearing that in mind if you are staying with children/friends. Ironically, there were building works going on in the building during our stay which was incredible noisy (nothing at the weekend, but for the 2 x weekdays we were there). We would have liked to know about this before our arrival as it was so loud that one day we couldn't be in the flat at all. Hopefully these works are completed soon as other than that, the flat was perfect and we'd love to stay again.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the apartment. It was clean and modern, the grounds, including pool, were beautiful, the location and proximity to the old town was perfect. The view from the balcony was stunning. How lovely it was to wake up every morning with a view of the port.

Zum zweiten Mal in dem Apartment und das vierte mal in Antibes. Es ist mit Abstand das beste Apartment, in dem wir waren. Wunderschöne Anlage, super ruhig aber zentral, die Abwicklung war auch das zweite mal grandios. Top Pool,top Garage und ein faszinierender Ausblick. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank ihr beiden

A generous and well appointed apartment with a magnificent balcony with views to the old town and sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When the washing machine had broken down just before our arrival Nathalie and Thomas offered a generous discount to cover laundromat charges and inconvenience.

Beautiful view

We stayed for 5 nights, and the patio and the view was beautiful to have a glass of wine out there every night. Quick 10 minute walk from the train station and the port.The washing machine was broken which was a bit of a let down for us as we booked the place specifically to use it.Overall we had a great time and would book again.

Wonderful apartment with amazing views

A memorable stay in this apartment in Antibes. The view is jaw dropping on entering the apartment. No two days are the same with the ever changing sky and seascape. The dark evenings , with the marina and lights in the old town are also a delight. The location is good for access to the train and bus stations. It is possible to travel along the entire coast of the Cote D’Azur. The walk into the old town is about 15-20 mins - it takes longer to walk back as the apartment is in an elevated position to enjoy the spectacular views. The gardens and the pool area are beautifully kept. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in there and we enjoyed the large terrace. The owners were very helpful during the booking process as were the managing agents. A most enjoyable stay!

Lovely apartment in great location

This is a lovely apartment. It had everything that we needed and in a great location, only 10 minutes walk to old town and train station. The view from the balcony is stunning. Comfy bed and really well equipped kitchen. The only thing for us that was missing was a clothes airer and pegs. Other than that, it was perfect!

アンティーブのハーバーや旧市街の眺めの良い緑の多い素敵なマンションでした

とても誠意のある信用のできるオーナーさんの賃貸マンションに48泊させて戴きました。 マンションのロケーションはアンティーブ駅から徒歩12分程にある10階建の5階(0階から始まるので、表示上は4階)で、大きなガラス扉のあるリビング・ダイニング、キッチン、ベッドルームの全てから、アンティーブのハーバーから旧市街地やピカソ美術館も良く見える最高の眺めでした。更にマンションは大きな庭園の中に建っているので、緑の多さが心を和ませてくれます。 庭園には、飛び込み台もある25mの本格的なプールがあり、住民の皆さんが日光浴を楽しんでおられました。住民の皆さんとは年齢的にも近いこともあり、皆さんご親切な方ばかりで居心地がとても良かったです。ワンフロアに4戸しかないので、エレベーターもスムーズで、お隣さんとも良くお会いしてお話しさせて戴きました。 設備は全て揃っていて、それもとても立派で何種類もある包丁や高価な食器やナイフ、スプーン、ホークなど使わないものの方が多い位でした。また全室に自動シャッターが付いているので、安心して眠れました。 55m2の広さは、一人旅の私には広過ぎと言う気にもなりましたが、毎日良い眺めを見ながら、立派なワイングラスで飲むワインの味は格別で、とてもゆったりした気分になれました。 また、この場所で暮らせるのを楽しみにしています。

Lovely warm flat for winter stays.

We have holidayed on the Cote d'Azur for 15 years now and this was one of the best flats we have rented. It was very well equipped with good quality items, but also there was plenty of storage space (not always the case!) and it was not stuffed with obvious “cast-offs” from the owner’s home! The little touches (shampoo and shower gel sachets, Welcome Pack with washing up liquid, spare loo roll, washing machine tablets, etc.) were appreciated. The view from the balcony over the gardens to the marina and town of Antibes was lovely, and the neighbours were very friendly when encountered in the gardens or garage. The walk into town took around 15 to 20 mins (bit longer coming back up the hill!) and it was just 10 mins to the station for trains all along the coast. The flat was warm, which is important for holidays in February, and relatively easy to keep clean, although the vacuum cleaner didn’t work terribly well, and it and the mop were evidently made for people a lot shorter than I am. Given the expensive (and non-negotiable) cleaning charges, the number of “dust-bunnies” under the bed and crumbs around the rugs when we arrived was a little disappointing. Other than that, lovely place to stay and we’d definitely rent it again.

Magnifique

Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour à Antibes, qui plus est dans ce superbe appartement très beau et fonctionnel. Magnifique vue sur Antibes, son port et la mer ! La piscine est très agréable et calme, hyper relaxante après une bonne journée à se promener sur la côte d'Azur. Le contact avec les propriétaires a été parfait, ils sont très disponibles et ont su répondre à toutes nos interrogations. Nous avons tout simplement passé 2 semaines au top et nous recommandons evidemment cette location !

Une vue splendide

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Quel bonheur de prendre notre déjeuner en ayant une telle vue ! L'appartement est propre et accueillant et la résidence est très calme et proche du centre d'Antibes. La piscine est un plus après une longue journée à se promener dans les alentours d'Antibes. Nous recommandons!

Large comfortable balcony with view of the Med.

Our top choice in Antibes. The big plus is the open view across the port and the old town from comfortable sofas on the balcony. We like the quiet in the evenings and at night. A short walk to the local supermarket up the road to stock up for your stay. Good local bus and train services to Juan les Pins and Nice, A car is not a necessity. Apartment clean and well equipped also with essential (free) Wifi. Manager responded rapidly to small problems e.g.our taxi service not showing up on time. We have booked this apartment in September for several years in a row and have recommended it to friends.

Lovely appartment

Great appartment within easy walking distance of old Antibes (approx 15 mins)and the railway station (approx 5 to 10 mins). Beautiful view, out of the lounge window, of the marina with the super yachts, and the flocks of parrots in the nearby trees. We had a car, but you could probably manage without as there are supermarkets fairly close, and trains from the railway station to Nice, Cannes, Grasse, etc. Would definitely recommend if you are going to stay in Antibes.

We have lived in Antibes for many years and upon leaving decided we needed to buy this apartment so we would always have a place to come back to and hopefully our guests will feel the same way.
