Please note that are winding and steep roads to get to the cabin. If it snowing or if there is ice, the roads are cleared within 24-48 hours and then you may park at the top of the hill to access the cabin until the snow has been removed/ice has thawed. There is parking for 5-6 cars depending on the size but please note that the driveway is steep and the parking area is mostly flat.

🚗 IMPORTANT Travel Info:
Mountain roads can be steep and winding. In snowy or icy conditions, 4-wheel drive is mandatory.

🔧 Construction Notice:
There is ongoing construction in the area as cabins are being rebuilt after past wildfires—thank you for your understanding and patience.

🏊 Pool Maintenance:
Our pool service company visits every Tuesday to ensure everything stays pristine. They may enter if you're not home—let us know if you prefer to reschedule.

🐾 No Pets: We do not allow pets at this time—thank you for your cooperation.

🐞 Mountain Living:
As with all mountain homes, occasional encounters with ladybugs or bugs are possible despite monthly pest control. This is common throughout the Gatlinburg area.

🐻 Wildlife Safety:
Yes, there are bears!
-Always lock house doors and vehicles (especially at night time)
-Never leave food or trash outside
-Use only the bear-proof trash bins
Note: There is no outdoor grill—guest safety and wildlife management are our top priority.

📜 House Rules:
-A rental agreement and a security deposit hold (like a hotel) are required for booking.
-No parking on the street—ample space for 5–6 vehicles in the driveway.

-Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags
Shampoo, conditioner & body wash in each shower
-Laundry & dishwasher pods (starter pack), dish soap, hand soap
-Keurig coffee maker with a selection of pods, plus creamers & sugar

-Bath towels + 1 pool/spa towel per guest
