You’ll be minutes from Duke East Campus, Duke Hospital, downtown Durham, and the lively 9th Street district, with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and local boutiques. The neighborhood offers a peaceful residential feel while still being close to everything that brings visitors to Durham.

Guests have full private access to the entire upstairs apartment.
