REMODELED IN OCTOBER 2021! This is a beautifully furnished 1br 1ba condominium located in the Viera building, with a balcony overlooking Southshore community and Lake Las Vegas Village. This high floor condo offers a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The large patio with table and chairs will allow you to relax and take in the views. The full size kitchen has a full stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, glasses silverware and toaster. Bathroom items such as hand and body towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Free wireless high speed internet, Roku TV (complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and PLEX movies!) and Dish satellite TV are included. Flat screen TVs are included in living room and bedroom. Facility also offers a fully stocked fitness room, coin laundromat, free parking, large swimming pools and hot tub that are heated year-round. We are also right next door to the LLV Hilton, steps away from shops and restaurants as well as the LLV Marina, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and much more. The grocery store next door also offers the opportunity to fully stock up on food and save $$! 35 miles of bike trails are connected to LLV and nearby trailhead parks. We are 15 minutes from Lake Mead National Park, 20 minutes from McCarran International Airport, 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Great location

Place was clean, quiet and close to most things. Small groceries store just around the corner with morning coffee help the morning walk. We hope to stay there on our next trip.

uncomfortable and needs cleaning

Lake Las Vegas is a great place to spend time in Las Vegas, It is quiet and close to Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, and casinos in Henderson. However this was not the best condo to stay in. The furniture was uncomfortable and the bed was too soft. The shower had black mold on tile and door and the condo floor was covered with sand. Good luck finding a parking space on Saturday nights.

We also wish that you had informed us during your stay so we could address all the issues ASAP. 1. Bed comfort: This is a tough one to address, as it is a matter of preference. But just in case we have replaced the bed cap to ensure it is as comfortable as possible. 2. Cleaning: we have decided to hire a different cleaning crew going forward to make sure the place is in tip-top shape. 3. Parking: We regret the parking situation. Not sure what was going on that weekend, as we don’t usually have that issue. We hope that you give us a chance to show you we can and will do better. Thank you for your visit. Cris and Mariana

Lake Las Vegas Condo

Overall stay would of been much better if the cleanliness was done properly. The toilet doesn’t flush properly have to jiggle handle. Bathroom sink doesn’t not drain properly. Both the shower and tub and toilet had not been cleaned. Along kitchen island one of the outlet plates kept falling off it was velcro on. Also there was dirty plates in cabinet that had not even been washed dried food on them. I did enjoy the views and the lake area.

We are very sorry about the cleanliness issue. We have informed our cleaning crew and they will make sure this doesn’t happen again. This is very unusual for them. Very nice

The condo is in a residential building, but from our experience, many of the people there were vacationers (but not partiers). It's set in a sort of planned village with lots of shops and pretty, scenic views. Unfortunately, the village was a little deserted in April when we went, but the restaurants, while expensive, were delicious with great service. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook, and bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed. The property owner was very very responsive when we had questions. We never heard our neighbors. The location is a little remote. We used this as a jumping off point for hiking, and that worked well. The only issue was that getting supplies at Target or going to Starbucks is about a 15 minute drive one wat. Not a deal breaker at all, though.

Our good luck with VRBO/Homeaway finally ran out--

The good part first-- Nice dinner at the Italian restaurant and likewise for breakfast at the French café. We checked in at 4:00 P M and after the drive across the desert, wanted a cool drink. NO ICE! No icemaker in the fridge and no trays to make it the old fashioned way. The front desk advised the location of a machine on the lower level. The unit was not clean! Stuff? on the kitchen floor, the carpet, and the couch, including hair. Called the owner, and fortunately the housekeeper was still in the building. While waiting, we didn't want to sit on the couch, so we went to the balcony. Had to use the 3 remaining sheets of paper towel to clean a thick layer of dust from the table and chairs. Many shortages of basic supplies: No full sized drinking glasses; Only one wine glass; No kitchen towels; Only one bath towel and no wash cloths or hand towels; No soap in the bath or shower. By 7:00 the housekeeper had cleaned and had brought in paper towels, 3 more bath towels, and one hand towel. At bed time we found that the bed was nice and firm, but the sheets did not fit. The lower sheet barely covered the mattress with only an inch or so of over hang. The next morning we found a stray Cheerio on the bathroom floor. We did not feel comfortable staying there, so we left after breakfast and forfeited 3 nights of rent. The place needs a DEEP cleaning, a resupply of the basic amenities, and closer supervision by the owner. Dave & Cami

Hi Dave and Cami, We apologize that your experience was sub standard. Clarification on the initial cleaning... The first time you showed up it was before checkin time without precoordination and cleaning had not been completed. Judging the condition of the unit at that time is not exactly fair. However, based on this and other feedback, we have since replaced the cleaning company for all our condos. I’m happy to say that the new company is doing very well and we are receiving great feedback from our guests. We have also added ice trays and additional wine glasses to the kitchen. We hope that you will give us another chance to make this up to you. Respectfully, Cris and Mariana PS. We have offered to apply a credit for the unused days, but have not heard back from you to date.

Lovely property. Great host.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is lovely. Location is great. We actually love enjoying the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas from a distance. It is so worth it to drive to the Strip for shows, restaurants and nightlife. There’s also a vibrant nightlife at Lake Las Vegas, but be warned, the cut-off out in this area is 10pm.

Absolutely Wonderful

We wanted to stay close to Las Vegas without being on the strip. This was perfect. It had so many restaurants and they were exceptional. The atmosphere was very relaxed which was what we wanted in a vacation site. It was close to everything, The Strip (within 15 minutes), Hoover Dam (20-30 minutes), Grand Canyon (1-2 hours), other areas like Water Street District (10 minutes). So grateful to have found this little oasis.

Great stay at Lake Las Vegas

Loved our stay at Lake Las Vegas in this condo. We are not strip people so the location was perfect for us. The property overall was great and the amenities offered by this unit were well worth the nightly fee. Unit was stocked with everything we needed - we usually eat in breakfast and lunch. And for dinner there are lots of local options or options down the road in Henderson. We also loved the location. Such a neat downtown village area - we were there on Friday which was farmer market day so bonus. We also rented e-bikes from Pedego in the village and found that the area is extremely bike friendly and we had a really good time. Property owners/managers provided excellent communication and instructions. Was easy to follow and we had no issues. Thank you for the great stay!

Great place, nice location

Everything was great at this unit. The kitchen was stocked with more cooking utensils than I have seen at other VRBOs—a full set of pots and pans, knives and stirring devices, toaster, coffeepot, etc. Everything was simple and clean, and there is a nice west-facing porch, too. Highly recommended.

Lovely Condo

The condo is lovely, clean, and quiet. My husband and I enjoy our stay very much. There was a water issue in the building during our time and the owners were in constant communication with us. We loved the location and the distance from the strip. Henderson has lots of restaurants and shopping area if needed. We did not have to go far for Starbucks or staple items. We ventured out daily and visited sites in Nevada, Arizona, California, and Utah.We did not fully used the amenities or use the kitchen but I saw that it was fully equipped if one was to do so. The property have plenty of parking space and the property is fully secured, which I truly appreciated. Most importantly the condo felt like a home and we will definitely rent this again if we are in the Vegas area. Thank you Cristian and Mariana for renting us your condo. We truly enjoyed being there

Clean and comfy unit at Lake Las Vegas!

Wonderful, clean, easy place to stay, right by the lake and it’s restaurants (although the Italian restaurant was waaaayyyy overpriced and stingy with portions). Very easy to check in, place was comfy and clean and nicely decorated. Would strongly recommend it!

Grand in every way

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenience of the nearby shops and grocery within walking distance. Beautiful condo! We visited Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. Great location and neighborhood!
