Just minutes from Windham and Hunter Mountains and Zoom Flume Water Park, it’s the perfect base for adventure or relaxation. On-site amenities include a tennis court, playground, and pond, offering a peaceful and fun-filled getaway for families and groups.
This property features two side-by-side townhomes, each with its own private entrance via keypad entry. Each unit includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private hot tub. Please note, you must go outside to move between the two units. Both the Left and Right units are included in your reservation, offering plenty of space and privacy for your group.

**GUEST GUIDELINES**
✔ Check-in after 4 PM; checkout by 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.
✔ To book this property, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old. They must also be present during the stay, and only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
✔ In-home parcel deliveries accepted with prior approval. Guests are responsible for all personal items and unattended deliveries; we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
✔ No parties, events, or unapproved visitors are allowed. A violation of this rule will result in a $1,500 fee.
✔ Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises. A $500 violation fee will apply, along with any additional cleaning costs if required.
✔ Pets allowed only with written approval.
✔ Guests are liable for any damage or missing items.
✔ Use outdoor amenities at your own risk.
✔ No commercial use or subletting without approval.
✔ Replacement fees will be charged for any lost keys, remotes, or gate openers.

Any damages, especially those caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions, will result in additional charges. Guests/Tenants are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of each damaged item, plus a 10% service fee applied to the invoice.
✔ The use of any items, food, or beverages that could clog, contaminate, or impact the cleanliness and proper operation of the pool or hot tubs (e.g., balloons, unauthorized toys, or trash) is strictly prohibited, if applies. A violation fee of $500 will be assessed.
✔ Report any issues within 24 hours of arrival.
✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout incurs a fee equal to peak nightly rate.
✔ Cancellations and refunds follow platform policies.
✔ We recommend travel insurance. Refunds aren’t guaranteed during outages or severe weather.
✔ Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Neighbor complaints may lead to termination without refund.
