Oasis is located in a very rural area about 4 miles down a paved road.

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.

You have exclusive access to all 5 acres of the property including both outbuildings (the red one is the gym and the tan one is the 5th bedroom). There is plenty of parking, though we ask you limit to 12 vehicles.
