Rates per vehicle: • $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60 per stay). • Free from Day 4-7. • $5/day from Day 8 onward. • Winter Rate Cap (Nov–Mar): Max $60 per stay. Things to know • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old House rules • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. This was our second time staying at this unit and our third time staying at the complex. The condo unit is clean, comfortable and has great views from both balconies. The complex facilities are clean and offer nice amenities. We will be back!

I loved this place! It felt like a home away from home. It was clean and roomy. It had a great view. Having two balconies was amazing. And my kids had a blast at the pool.

This was my 5th year on the property, and the property never disappoints. However, I would not stay in this particular unit again. We had to rewash all towels upon our arrival, as they smelled of mildew/sour. The unit was not cleaned to my expectation, with a dirty countertop and sand on the floor upon our arrival. Most disappointing though, was the sliding door to the balcony that would not open. While Hosteeva did send maintenance, it was never fixed during our stay (balcony access was one of the very reasons we chose this unit). Again, Chrystal Tower is a great spot, but I wouldn’t choose this unit again.
