As you enter the complex, a friendly guard at the entrance will assist you with parking passes and provide information about the area.

Gulf Shores Plantation boasts an array of activities to keep the whole family entertained. You'll find tennis courts, volleyball, a putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, indoor pool and multiple outdoor swimming pools. Fire up the grill at one of the designated areas and savor a delicious barbecue. And when you don't feel like cooking, head over to the on-site Sassy Bass restaurant for a delightful dining experience.

The resort offers private, sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and meticulously maintained landscaping, creating a picturesque paradise for relaxation and play. Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the excellent Kiva Dunes Restaurant are conveniently located next door, within walking distance, offering even more opportunities for enjoyment. Plus, you're just a short 15-minute drive from all the fantastic attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer.

Upon your arrival, you'll appreciate this ground floor condo, providing easy access and a partial view of the Gulf, as well as a delightful view of the pool. The master bedroom features a king-size pillow-top mattress, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom for your comfort. The guest bedroom accommodates four additional guests with a queen bed and a full bed. In the living room, you'll find an inviting Serta sleeper sofa complemented by tasteful decor. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious family meals. For added convenience, on-site laundry facilities are available.

Gulf Shores Plantation 1140 does have an indoor pool membership.
Every 3rd Monday of the month, Beebe's Pest Control will be on-site to treat this unit.
Parking passes must be purchased through a link provided two days before your arrival to secure parking.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
No pets are permitted on the property.
Boats and trailers are not allowed at this property.
