Our home is a tribute to the golden era of design, featuring exquisite tile work, custom walnut kitchen & vibrant, colorful decor that will transport you back in time. The back yard is perfectly Palm Springs with lots of color, an awesome pool/spa and stunning views.

The Space:
As featured in Modernism Week of 2025, you'll step into a wonderful Mid-Century meets Hollywood regency home. Very colorful, bright and cheerful.

Amazing location, walkable to several great restaurants and only a few miles from down town Palm Springs.

We have 3 themed rooms, 1) Jazz Room, 2) Sinatra Room 3) Pink Paradise Primary Suite. Every room is perfect and comfortable.

The back yard overlooks the mountains, has lots of room to sprawl out, enjoy the sun, saltwater pool and spa. We have a beautiful outdoor kitchen/bbq/bar with tons of seating so you can enjoy the weather, drink and food in the privacy of the back yard.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home minus the owners closets.

The Neighborhood:
Amazing location, walkable to several great restaurants and only a few miles from down town Palm Springs. Close to Del Rey, My Lyons, Seymours SpeakEasy, The Reef (Tiki bar), Miro's, Bar Cecil and more.

Getting Around:
Walkable neighborhood to local restaurants or easy 3 minute uber to down town.

Other Things to Note:
Pool/Spa Heater costs $100 per day. This amount will need to be paid prior to use.
Both pool and spa are saltwater

Interaction with Guests:
We will provide check in instructions prior to check in. Your host Alex Gonzalez will meet you at the property within 24 hours of checkin to go over rental rules, city regulations and show you the home. We are always available by text or phone call to help make your stay the best it can be.
