Step into seaside relaxation at this charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath beachfront apartment in Old Lyme, CT, located in the heart of the sought-after Hawk’s Nest Beach community. This updated summer retreat offers ocean views, a private lounge area, and easy beach access just down the road. To reach the beach, simply turn right out of the driveway onto West End Drive, continue toward the Garvin Store and tennis courts, then turn right onto Hawk’s Nest Beach Road—the beach awaits at the end of the road.
Enjoy days filled with swimming, kayaking, and beachcombing, or take advantage of nearby boating opportunities and scenic hiking trails. Inside, unwind in a bright and airy space featuring a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig, and comfortable sleeping arrangements with two queen beds and a twin bunk. Outside, soak up the sun on the private patio, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or explore the coastline by bike.
It's a short drive to nearby Niantic, Mystic, Stonington and Old Saybrook. An easy escape from New York City with direct train service from Grand Central right to Old Saybrook.

We grew up spending our summers here and truly appreciate the unique experiences this community has to offer and the unparallel beauty of this beach community. We truly feel that our Hawk's Nest Beach community is second to none in Old Lyme.
Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
The natural beauty that surrounds it, not only on the beachside but also that salt marshes behind it that are home to many osprey nests. Our beach is the only beach community that offers that kind of natural coastal beauty. What's more it that you are in a community that is second to none for kids and families. We are so close to Garvin's store and the tennis courts along with being located on a dead end street and the only beach that is truly private. Our beach community is the only community that privately owns the beach which means each section of beach is only used by the properties that are on the sand, rather than being shared with the entire neighborhood like the other communities. This allows for unique privacy and a quiet calm enjoyment.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
Our property sits right on the sand and is only one house back from the water. The beach is private and is only share with the other unit and the house in front of it. We are only the 2nd owners of our house since it's construction so it has always been owned by the same family until it was sold to our family a few years ago.
